Hey, hey let me just say!! I’m a fan from New Zealand 🇳🇿 And really excited for you guys to finally get up and running. What I noticed was the difference between fitness. LA it took them a whole half a game to get their second wind. While Chicago was high intensity from kickoff. Which is why the game became catch up for LA. So boys work hard on that cardio as much as in the gym!! Hill runs, Ocean Runs, Sand Dune runs. Whatever can use and build up the lung and heart capacity. While also building explosive quads and calves.
