@@tobyrumans307 ugh tell me about it, I'm lvl 80 windy druid and these fucking tornadoes seem to track worse and worse, literally click on a giant yeti in front of me and the tornado flies out of my fucking armpit and hits the wall

Oh the memories. I remember playing the druid when I was around 12, I was so scared of nightmare I played on normal just grinding over and over with Hurricane. I think it was the highest character I had at the time, 57 I think. I went to nightmare Bloodmoore a few times but I just remember getting my ass kicked and got pissed off so bad by dying all the time that I just gave and and happily stayed in normal... such a noob I was :)

This was the character that I used to beat the hell dificulty for the first time, and man... It was a hell, this fucking tornadoes just go were they want, but it was really good to finally kill baal, and be able to smile after 5hours of pure hate. Haha this is a great game!

So weird to rewatch, and seeing my original (live) comments.

Hope Kellogg's and General Mills paid for that product placement!

The Druid is such a versatile character. You can summon like the necro, throw elemental damage like the sorceress, and tank better than a barbarian. The Druid is awesome.

The pally is the tank honestly... holy shield is just too good

i literally have a bear and my merc tanking for me and am still getting my cheeks clapped in tal rashas tomb in Hell, I dont understand how he gets all the way through the tomb while barely being touched, as soon as i open a door its just clogged with enemies and im trapped immediately

I realized subscribing to llama is like going to church, a regular source of some sort of lesson.

Can anyone lmk how to get Plugy on Mac? I've tried some of the older guides, but they did not work. Help would be appreciated!!

What do you think about Druid beastmaster build? Like Druid version of Necro summoners? Or beastmaster + fire hybrid? It can be done on budget. With pure beastmaster you grab some bow with piercing effect and magical arrow.

I miss playing D2. I'm a Druid player, myself, but my go to Druid build has got to be pure summoning druid. Despite being told that zoomancers are way better... I just love me some woofs. Edit.. if my memory serves me right, the last time you played a summoning druid was way back in one of your birthday streams. Can you do another one?

That's cool you enjoy a summoning Druid, would it really be entertaining as a playthrough? It takes a very very long time to best the game with them and it is a lot of standing around watching

The same can be said for spell spamming. Higher apm doesn't always mean more fun. If I'm going to rate the most boring build to play, it has got to be the auradin. Sometimes, figuring out how to maximize the flawed AI of summons can be quite rewarding and interesting to watch. Yes, it can be a bit boring and frustrating, especially when you don't have the gear to greatly bolster your effectiveness but doesn't every build have those moments, as well? I am not forcing my way to play the game to everyone... though. We both have our own biases towards the builds we enjoy to play the most. I'm just hoping he'll give the summoning build another spin.

55:30 I remember running a bs necro in 1.02 lol played at release all the way from release to 1.1 sadly lost due to inactivity. A legit .08 valor on us east.

so wanted to say something on the idea of a teir system. the idea would be filters. you would say color code it based on caster vs hitter for example. attack rating dont mater on a caster so it would be collored for hitters and teirs how high it is. if both like it keep it white. you can add symbols for class spec things so a low teired thing can be special to a class. or make charts for each class of teir list then look to see whats the most common rank of a thing then use that info to make a teir list with details at the bottom. just some examples of ways to do it

plays through the game in 8 hours and 26 minutes Me after 20 hours: "Nice ... already in mid act 3 normal!" To clarify that ... I play feral druid from the beginning so I hit some walls and I didn't know about runes.

Druid vs Assassin: on the Druid, the summons tree and plus skills interact more robustly: Plus skills points to Druid summon skills count towards gameplay skill synergies... Is there a similar skill tree synergy for the Assassin?

Hey, I thought that Tornado skillis affeced by 'NextDelay' 25 frames, so after tornado hits monster another hit will be counted after 25 frames, but here I see him spamming tornados and everyone of them doing damage. So, does nextdelay affect tornado or not?

Tornado spell creates a missile which causes damage upon collision and activates next-delay for 25 frames for all next-delay sources for that particular target. But it also carries a small radius around it in which skill damage pulsates periodically and causes damage every 15 frames. This pulsing damage ignores next-delay effects. Usually with the first Tornado you do both collision damage (activating next-delay) and "pulse damage" (actually with a reasonably "straight" Tornado path, the pulse damage will be done twice to the single target). Wait when did you get the fkn IK maul ive rewatched a few times and keep missing it xD, And also when you play Werewolf you need too stack up your 3 charges of feral rage 1st to get the lifesteal charges then swap to fury spamming its kind of like playing frenzy barb.

i got to hell with my druid today.Im lvl 61 on elemental same build got 9 points in bear and some in dire wolf .got to all skills +4 from Spirit,Lore and a amulet and with pledge shield but its kinda hard in hell :) thinking about swiching to werewolf of werebear got Bonesnap as weapon and also Fleshrender wondering wich weapon is better.

Don't take it personal but I hope you read this! Will you please watch this playthrough Llama? Or at least the hell part? Which Is obviously this part. I thought the point of a guided playthrough was to go through all of the quests and all of the areas in the game with that specific character build and demonstrate how to playthrough the game with that character to the viewers. Personally it only crossed my mind like 3 or 4 times that this way a guided playthrough! Still an entertaining video and a fun playthrough I just wouldn't really call it a guide or a walkthrough😛

That's fair criticism. Sometimes I forget and just go on auto pilot mode. Also I feel like for the druid elemental in hell there isn't as much to discuss maybe? Level up, gear up, keep cyclone armor up, and kill stuff! :D I'll try to remember it for the future though.

i remember going in PvP Ele druid with 163fcr 99Fhr but it seems 99fhr isnt the breakpoint anymore? kinda was it a breakpint of him? i remember alot ppl going 99/99 etc why 99fhr if 86 is the breakpoint

I have a question, do you prefer plus skills or fcr in weapon for wind druid? I have the hammer that gives +3 to elemental tree but it has no fcr on it (earth something unique). Would an fcr wand be better?

He talks about breakpoints in every single play through. If you need fcr on a weapon to reach a breakpoint then it is probably more valuable then skills. If you don't need fcr on your weapon to hit a breakpoint then skills are more valuable. It should be in the first 15 minutes of the normal playthrough where breakpoints are discussed

+3 elemental is more worth it all day. That being said, hitting a next breakpoint can be great and sometimes worth more than maybe a +1...but nah +3 is clear and away the better option

Where would you allocate all your skill tree points at lvl 99??

And remember ...It's cast rate, not castrate.

I could beat zelda oc of time in about 7 hours when I was a kid lol good stuff, one of my all time faves Majoras.. Is a question of just beating it or getting allll the masks.

Good morning Mr llama. I play mostly fire druid. Is fire druid a good build for nightmare and hell. I also enjoy the summoning druid, because my minions clear. What build do you recommend. Also what good runewords do you recommend low levels.i play single player, I have only beaten the game in regular mode. So I have no idea what to expect from the other difficulties. That was the most rough part of the wind druid for me; positioning. Same thing with a hammerdin. The monster is right in front of me but somehow the hammer or tornado just doesn't want to hit. Repositioning fixes it but I found it not so fun. I guess I prefer the pitzerker and the sorceress. Thought I'd use Enigma for a paladin to do Diablo runs since that's a pretty popular build/run spot, but didn't enjoy it much. The pitzerker has been quite fun though, using howl to be able to focus on the bosses and champions is really nice. Also have gotten a lot of good items in 3 days farming there. 2 nightwing's, aldurs armor, cranium basher, Unique Caduceus, both bul kathos weapons, and some other stuff. Cool thing is that on several of those finds it was off of find item. Guess I just had bad luck comparitively on my ancient tunnels Sorc, but if feels nice to get some rare items. A few mal rune too. Oh, got a blizzard ormus' robes too; the cold damage rolled crap though. Still a fun find. Also the SlashDiablo loot filter too has been awesome. I have it set to show elite eth armors in red text, useful mid and all high runes as red text, and eth polearms that can have 4 or more sockets. Really nice to be able to differentiate things right away.

Not at lvl 1, but if you invest more points there/increase the +skills then it will stay alive better

If you find a Mal rune, is it worth it to make a Rain armor piece? It seems like the 5% to cast Cyclone Armor would be a liability when you're relying on a higher level one with synergies to stay alive.

I mean, if you really want the skills I don't think it's that bad. lvl 15 cyclone armor isn't going to be too awful if it casts. I just think overall you'll find better armors to wear than that. But for the skills it's pretty solid!

A breakpoint is where faster cast rate, faster hit recovery, faster block rate etc actually matters. For example, 29 FCR on a druid isn't actually any better than 19 FCR because in both cases it takes 15 frames (at 25 fps) to cast spells. But if you hit 30 FCR, then you take 14 frames to cast spells, so that's a breakpoint.

Search his KZread for the Ladder Reset videos. Usually not your typical online gameplay because of the specialized roles, and more optimized to finish the game like a speed run. SP means naturally fixed maps, you can reroll maps, and no lag, all important for speed runs. Also, Plugy for the grail.

I thought they enabled ladder content in all modes now

Probably he just doesn’t like baby sitting the merc. Especially since he’s good enough to not need it for regular gameplay. Only hires them to kill deseis and specific bosses on specific classes

Defense is only good when you're close in level. If you're outleveled by a lot, it's pretty useless lol

Because I’m scared of dieing and teleporting into a mob I cannot skip areas finding way points is way difficult I have to look over 3/4 of the map before I find it every time lol so I tell myself skipping areas is cheating because it’s not for me :(

Druids from top to bottom need to be buffed. Wind druid is your best option even then, hurricane is 3-3.5k which is weak af. Tornadoes are about 20k. This is both skills with perfect gear and a merc with reapers decrepify proc. Summon is totally outclassed by Necro in every way. Wear or bear druid are just out classed all around by other melees. Fire is just complete garbage from top to bottom and I truly don't understand what the developers were thinking. The vines could be useful if they functioned like ravens and couldn't be hit. They die instantly and the benefits they offer can be obtained from other means with less annoyance.

Mr Llama needs to balance/level his audio , when he yells the volume is just way too loud .

the reason i dislike the druid is he is slow and even playing with elemental, most of his skill had targeted issue... random direction/hit for fire storm, fissure, volcano, twister, tornado.... although hurricane is AOE, is not huge area and the enemy need to be within for at least 1s to get colded, you easily be dead if have low spec gear..
