After watching D4 news I decided to play D2 again after so many years! I'm remembering now why it was so addicting for years. Somehow D3 just didn't inspire the same kind of addiction, lol. Started a wolf druid and trap assassin. Thx for the tips! Helped to be reminded of certain time-saving techniques.

Just started running this same setup. I found I could use my merc for those fire immune bosses you run across. Act like a healer with the potions and you can clear them... at least for now.

Thanks for the great vid. Planning on doing a trapsin as my first character - get those runes coming in early and reliably. Question - You got the Um rune... I know you said Crescent Moon doesn't really apply to your traps, but if you had a merc with it, would that take effect? Probably not a great use of the rune, but I guess it might be worthwhile stacked with the lower resist on act bosses? Honestly, if I find one, I'll be keeping it for CoH or to trade... but just interested for educational purposes mainly.

@@SkyKid002 what? You get one respec in normal and the second in NM in act 1 quest 1. No need to beat NM, just beat q1 of Act 1.

I got lucky as hell on my play along. I found a sander's boots in nm meph and right as i finished nm and was going to do some leveling on doing bosses i found natalya's soul :) off a random boss group

She really is a great character ! Not quite pally or sorc but SO fun to play and very powerful in her own right, lots of dmg and health. Glad they fixed crescent moon cause she is the perfect character to not go max but 50% block is great considering your already investing dex into getting the CM phase blade on , yet you keep her huge health pool. Great vid! It def opened me up to my current TrapSin build !

hi, thanks for the vids, I'm a total noob when it comes to Diablo 2, so after playing with all classes and finishing normal with all of them, I wanted to be a bit more serious about the builds and ended up finding your amazing content, so thanks ;) you helped a lot ! I have one question, in relation to the Lower Resist wand. I crafted a Spirit Sword because +2 spells is OP, and I switched to the wand when I needed it, but most builds say it's either one or the other ? Why is that ? Does it mean that, if I'm okay with not having teleportation, I just shouldn't use Spirit for the +2 and W to the wand just to lower the resist ? I hope that makes sense !

I’m on my assassin in NM now. I keep the players pumped up to 8 until I reach bosses. I’m lvl 54 and I’m act 2, just got my staff and about to get ammy. I switched over to electric around mid act 1. I found it’s far more effective than fire. Boss fights are time consuming though, I haven’t found the quickest technique yet but I’m sure there’s a way to shorten the fights. Love the channel and I LOVE D2! You’re the man 🦙!

@Daniel Byrne what is a habit of battlenet? And yeah it isn't "necessery" no one said that but I play single player so I level all of my charecters, can't get rushed, can't get level boosted. Normal Baal is level 60 and provides WAY more XP then anything in Nitemare up until maybe beetleburst. If you are leveling your own charecters in single player the FASTEST and SAFEST way to level is normal Baal until 40-45 then Nitemare Baal until 70-75 and that's just a fact Baal isn't a part of the original D2 of course and act 5 provides WAY more xp then the classic acts. Nitemare is a lot more fun at level 40 then it is at 25. If you like running around in Nitemare without a healthy level 30 skill that's cool but I have a lot more fun being a higher level and normal Baal drops plenty of ok gear while your farming xp

Game Assasins and PVP assasins have a different build though Just wake of fire, lightning sentry and mind blast. It kills extremely slow. Which pisses a lot of people off. 😊

The reason why Malah is making you pay more for the gear she sells before you kill Shenk is that the city is under siege. There's a blockade stopping the trade routes. She doesn't lower her prices because you proved yourself, she lowers them because there is less rarity.

So I died on the stairs to the magi in the arcane sanctuary. I couldnt kill any of the hell clans so I teleported. Picked the correct way the first time and there is was a fire wall waiting for me on the stairs. Wraith drained my enegery and was stuck and I have died like 6 times. It's best to just delete for forget this ever happend?

I wouldn't call the fire enchanted "bug" rather than something that was just overlooked and never fixed - nothing wrong to make it a bug, just not caring to change it - working as intended, bugs are a differnt thing like Andarela like you always mention which is unintended, which in and of itself are unintended.

How do i complete maggot lair on hell? It is filled with lightning immunes. I tried to go through it with act 2 mercenary but he gets obliterated in seconds
