Beautiful home. My wife and I are new to the Prosper area so we're leasing a house for the next year & then building in Windsong Ranch. (actually we should probably start the process in about 3 months) We've toured model homes of every builder and Highland seems to be a notch above the rest. Thanks for sharing.

I agree. We have started to advise our clients to opt for showers in every bathroom except one. We always leave one tub in the home. Thanks for watching!

So what they do is put a light on the porch that is "wired and blocked" for a ceiling fan. You can either have them install one for a small fee or do it after you move in... Hope that helps a bit.

Questions, please, if you get a minute. Are swirls available for the stairwell iron? Taller fence, about 6 ft legal? How much is HOA? Are there blues available, like Robin's Egg or light teal? Thanks so much! :)

Ok, thats a lot of questions and I will do my best. Just remember we don't represent Parkside and they are sold out of homes. (sorry) The HOA is a little over $1,500 a year, but can change. I believe they did have a type of 'swirl' as an option on the stairwell Baluster. The fences are 6' in the neighborhood standard. When you ask if 'blues are available' I am assuming that is for interior paint? If so, then yes they can paint the inside of the home virtually any color for an extra bit of money. The outside of the home color and style is tightly controlled by the HOA. Hope that helps and I answered them all, thanks for watching!

Question...from your experience/opinion of videoing both homes...between the Highland Homes models (296 vs 297), which model was more impressive to you as you walked through? I understand it’s subjective, but I’m considering these homes to purchase.

Hi Tommy, thanks for watching! I would rather have the 296. You can put the media room downstairs and has a larger and nicer kitchen. It does require a larger lot since the media room causes it to sit deeper on the lot. The 297 has a dramatic entry with the spiral staircase...

Nice. I don't really like the Jack and Jill bathrooms though. All these houses kind of look the same. I need to figure out what the subtle differences are and what things are important to me.

Hey Mitch! I agree on the bathrooms, I usually suggest having an "en suite bathroom" for each bedroom if the budget permits it. Keep the kids and guests happy. We are starting to see some builders do some boldly styled homes. Not many, but some...
