I loved this... I will be using some of your great ideas in my projects here in Dallas.
Nice room design, it was big challenge to cram so much into such a small space. As an AV engineer I would've done away with the projectors and went with LCD video walls and a collaborative work screen that would act as a "whiteboard".

There are way to many vendors involved in this. I wouldn't be surprised if 4 years later only 50% of the stuff actually still works.
