Do you guys see the opportunity for a second or third car hitting the driver of the first car specially since he exited his vehicle and was dumbfounded waiting for the driver of the Scorpion Truck or other road workers to go to his aid but that autonomous Scorpion Truck has no driver therefore the crew in front of the Scorpion Truck probably didn’t even knew the truck got hit. So that driver stood out of his car exposed to getting hit waiting like a sitting duck with traffic coming in hot from behind. Every road work crew should have at least one person actively monitoring the whole work area at all times and all members of the crew should be trained to react to accidents by dropping whatever they’re doing and collectively and immediately stop traffic, deploy cones, stop signs, flashlights etc to prevent a secondary accident and secure the scene. The workers are already there at the work site which became a crash scene so they are able to respond faster than first responders. However the lack of training on what to do will cause people to freeze and just stand there.
Who else would love a video update for this? Tech looks fire. BTW, are they the only ones currently doing AME?

After the pandemic and the war economy Arcimoto has been dealt yet another blow - only insiders know exactly why power was turned off for the main Arcimoto facility but there was storm damage in that region that kept the internet out for over a month now and there was roof damage on the Arcimoto campus. Power is usually turned off for such major repairs Owners have two Facebook groups for support, advice, parts and used sales. Many of the issues deal with worn brakes which can be done by many different businesses. We have insider information and we share our parts sources. The solar/pedal powered velomobile in my avatar image went under 3 years ago and yet 900 owners have a network for support on Facebook. Note that there is a new push to open Organic Transit again and if Arcimoto's status changes there are many possibilities as to why - buyout, partnership, mergers are all possible and likely because the EV market is growing. Arcimoto still owns Tilting Motor Works and now has a partnership with Faction self-driving and a French company has contracted to make an electric van in Arcimoto's large factory.
This has been my only vehicle for 26 months now. Lots of fun! Cars are boring and far more expensive. I don't bother with trying to play music, I never tire of the exciting jet turbine sound of the twin motors. Parking is always easy and close in. It has far better traction and stability than a motorcycle and the harness means no helmet or air bags needed. I get the motorcycle rate for insurance, just $134/yr!

I bought an Arcimoto FUV last July as a "second car" for commuting and errand running. It has become my primary vehicle. My other vehicle is a Ford F-150, and I have only been filling the gas tank about once every two months. Unless I specifically need the truck, the Arcimoto accounts for 99% of my driving. Oh, my electric bill went up by about $15/month because of charging. I just went past 3000 miles on the odometer last week, all city and suburban driving. I had been reluctant to buy an EV both for the initial cost, and the added cost of installing a charging station at home. Then I looked at my typical trip and realized I didn't need a $70,000 Tesla. The Arcimoto also charges from a standard 120 volt outlet, so I didn't have to put in an expensive charger. We tend to look at our cars as "Swiss army knives" that perform many functions... commuting, errand running, cargo hauling, roomy enough for the whole family to fit inside, and comfortable enough (and have range enough) to drive cross country. The Arcimoto isn't the solution to every automotive need, but what it does, it does well. The two seats means I can take my wife down to the local drive-in for a burger and shake, and Arcimoto sells a cargo bag for the back seat of the FUV; I find if I pack the beer and laundry detergent alongside the seat I can get a shopping cart full of groceries. I have even put a doggie bed in the cargo bag and taken the mutt on a ride. One caveat: don't buy one of these if you are the least bit introverted. Because everywhere you go people want to talk about it and ask questions.
they actually delivered it to you?? because they have been reported to make a little over 200 last production and delivered less than half of them and since march their website is down.. it also was reported that they were likley going to file bankruptcy but raised 12mil early last year so it would be nice to know wth is going on with them..

No, no no they’re all a scam. I bought a new vehicle from Liberty Chrysler in Pataskala, Ohio. A ram 3500 , I had a warranty for ever. My transmission needed to have work done. They sent an inspector out and he denied the claim because I use my truck for work. Keep in mind, Liberty had all the service records, oil changes and everything and just because I put my name on the side of my door they denied my claim Do not believe anything when it comes to an extended warranty or warranty for ever if they can get out of it, they will
