December is the best season for Texas. 12 high school state championship games at Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Those days are so hyped, they have to open up the second deck to accommodate the crowd. I played in a pretty popular rec league from k-8 till high school and we got a few chances to play in the local college stadium (sec team) it was awesome I remember later going down south for some massive tournaments we were a part of. When they said we were playing at local high school stadiums I was upset and disappointed… until we arrived at the stadium… I was absolutely humbled by the money these schools poured into their sports departments.

This is facts, that’s Allen ISD stadium and it is massive just like most of the other 6A & 5A stadiums across the state of Texas. But what a lot of people don’t know is the schools in a particular school district in Texas share a stadium; they don’t have their own massive stadium.

Live in Kentucky. We can seat about 1000 I think between our home and away seats. We’re a medium sized school our football team isn’t great normally, but it’s alright. It’s mainly packed for band contests cause that’s my schools best. We consistently win titles in band for regionals, state and occasionally nationally.
