    Nahi khani chahiye infact koi bhi soya product mens ko nahi khana chahiye khaas kar agar body fat percent pehle hi jyada ho to, aur jo chutiye likh rahe hain unhe lun ka nahi pata hai..😏😏 bas youtube se ya net par search kar k likh rahe hain ki myth hai..khud kha kar dekh le ye myth likhne wale daily 100 gm bhi pata chal jaayega 1 month k baad hi..

    @@jddazz7073 are bhai yar. Protine hota hai 50% Jo ki boiling ya cooking ke baad 98% bachta hai or phytoestrogen bilkul khtam ho jate hain. Log isko isliye nahi khate kyoki bohot time lagta cooking me or kon time waste kare to scoop lo or jao kaam par Agar soya khaa lega to inke dhandhe kaise chalenge.
