It tasted like wood. Like, so much worse than I could've ever imagined. The peanut butter doesn't go well with fruit.

@@Emceemur I currently skip the granola and peanut butter and I use lowfat quark instead of greek yoghurt. It also depends (obviously) which proteinpowder you are using. My personal favorite would be cinnamon mixed with natural/tasteless protein powder. Pure cinnamon powder is too sweet for me/kills the banana and blueberry taste.

Try almond butter instead of peanut butter, it's a game changer
If you're looking to lower calories. Replace granola with whole oats are buckwheat.

The bananas soak up all the good polyphenols from the blueberries. It may be tasty but not as nutritious as you think. Look it up!

I guess it depends on your height/weight, because 568 calories, to my needs, is a great low cal breakfast. Im eating in a deficit at 2,000 calories a day, so any meal under 650 is perfect for me. That being said, 2,000 calories is also the average recommended daily intake and not a cut. So it's difficult to see this for bulking. If this was on top of meals, I'd agree. But if this was a meal replacement, its totally fine.

My protein shake consists of 51g of protein and tastes delicious Ingredients: 1 cup whole milk: 8g protein | 150 cal 53g Chobani Greek Yogurt: 5g protein 4 Tablespoon PB: 16g protein | 320 cal Legion Peanut Butter Chocolaye Whey+ Protein Powder: 22g protein | 120 cal 10g of honey for extra calories & carbs
I’d recommend adding chia seeds and a bit less blueberries to preserve the taste of the bananas 🍌

You should be eating blueberries and bannock separately The banana counteracts the phenols in the blueberries It’s recommended for max effectiveness out of both fruits to eat separately I do agree they taste good together. So disregard if you are eating for taste and not full nutritional value.

You shouldn't be eating banana at all or milk, granola, nut butters, protein powders at all!! You want healthy protein, have 4-8 eggs a day, grass fed ground beef, wild caught sardines, mackerel in water never oils!! Even regular store bought beef is better than all of these ingredients.

I ADD ALL THE SAME INGREDIENTS..GIVE OR TAKE. Protein powder 30grams...Greek.yogurt..awesome & any fruit or berries. High protein, Yes! Plain yogurt w honey + the above ingredients for the most fabulous shake.

The bananas counteract the beneficial properties of the blueberries. Don't mix bananas with berries.

U can but it in the grocery store! Also u search what the recipe is pretty sure it's nuts oats and honey hope that helps!
500 kcal is way too few :D I make mostly same with without blueberries and instead of granola i add 50g of oats and 25g of almonds. It ends up around 1k kcal :D
Peanuts have lectins. Better without. Protein granolla also not as good. Oats are not best for digestion. Yes, they are better than bread.

Just replace the milk with a 30 calorie almond milk, and use a lower calorie protein powder. (Also don’t put in granola) then it should be down a good amount

Not really, considering that breakfast is one of 3 daily meals, you could basically eat 4 of these and still not meet your daily maintenance

Yeah i read up trying to fine a good greek yogurt smoothie and it said just that greek yogurt is good for you if you eat it on its own. plan, because people add so much stuff to it becomes a high calorie and high sugar shake

And for weight loss you just take the granola and peanut butter out, and the banana if you want It is 200kcal less if you don't take the banana out and 300kcal less if you take it out.

Yes just swap with some cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. Cottage cheese is high in protein and no one can tell when I put 1/4th to a half a cup in.
