In that case needs dignostic disassembly for visualy check inside of pump. major problem is there's a inflow of air(airtight compromised), loose inner nuts, or external 15mm o-ring damaged.

@@nos00 we do injection pump repairs We normally replace the Oil seal but accidentally broke the front bearing you can’t buy that bearing anywhere in Sri Lanka it’s not available so we replace the oil seal but used the same bearing
