I’m slightly over 40 and have just started to get into the whole spinning staffs thing and wanted to say thank you for all your videos and making them all straightforward to follow thank you so much ❤️

Slightly over 60 and same! :D Apart from feeling only a bit silly it's a great way to improve posture, focus, flexibility. etc. Also gets me up off my chair apart from watching these videos several times each.

Very nice ❤
Just wanna give MAJOR props for breaking it down the way you did to make it INCREDIBLY EASY. It's so fluid and natural once you explain it that way. Picked it up in like 10 seconds. Thank you! ❤
love watching you all these years, finally paid for my teeny tiny membership n wish all the basic videos were available. love it either way
It's incredible how easy you make these things look.
"Professional Badass" is an understatement... :) Always love your tutorials!
Michelle, thank you for your Tutorial videos. As a fellow KZreadr that helps teach people, I know that the teaching videos don't always bring the most views. Actually they almost never bring the most views. But they really do touch those that take the time to watch them. My daughter and I are planning on launching a more entertaining channel, and will definitely be using some of your tutorials to get us ready to make some kick ass / bad ass videos! Thanks again for your dedication.

Thank you! Good luck with your channel!
just in a months time i've learned so much from your videos. thank you so much!
I appreciate the more thorough break down of this move. I've been practicing from watching the earlier one you made on top of others and this really articulates the mechanics in and easier to understand way.
This is fantastic from a physiological perspective of the shoulder girdle and stability:mobility dynamic.
I like that title professional badass!🔥
The easier it looks the harder it is. MCS IS A PBA. Greetings from New York we are watching. We admire you and respect you for sharing your knowledge with the world. Keep it going
AWESOME, great job, Michelle!
Epic. Congratulations Michelle 😊
Love your videos, been practicing for a few months on the basics. It's so fun when you finally get it going and it feels effortless

@@michelle-c-smith I cannot join the Academy without this staff. Just returned a Bo staff to Amazon as was too thick and I was unable to twirl it. I need your help to direct me to the seller of this staff, as did not find it in your merch. Thank you,, Michelle.

Why panic? Fear of hurting yourself?
Thank you so much God bless you! Excellent explanation, as always !😊😊😊
thank you very very much for all your tutorial videos☺️
Going to have to add this one to my practice tomorrow. :)
Nicely done, many thanks.
This has to be the best tutorial for the ani/obi ever!!! I’ve watched like four from other content makers and still couldn’t get it

Absolutely amazing. GOD-BLESS.
Nice tuto, very clear and concise 👍
I really like those tutorial videos, explanations are very good
Love the new and improved version of this skill - thanks a Bazillion!
Penso d'aver imparato ,thank you very much, and i am so happy 😊
great tutorial, easier to follow than previous obi ani version 1.0, the hip movement is the key that i miss, maybe other people too.
This video IS Great ❤️ and lot of leadership
Your tutorial os Fantastic🙏🌹
Great demonstration
Also your videos are awesome!!👏
Awesome teacher thank you 🙏
You are a great teacher.
Awesome Teach Mechelle Nice rick 👌🤘

Love you my master 😍❤️🔥
Super cool👍
I think it would be an absolute crime if you aren’t in the next star wars movie as a Jedi. Hopefully someone from Disney watches your channel. Thank you for doing this video. I’ve watched several other videos trying to figure this out. Yours is the best by far.
Sha-Bam! awesome!
That's Great ❤❤❤

Oh hellll yeah
I just want to say THANK YOU!!! Your tutorials are making so SO HAPPY. Life long dream coming true. I have a long LONG way to go but we all have to start some where. And THANK YOU. My biggest problem is I stop on the back of the low whip instead of making it more fluid. Just seems like it kills the momentum. You make it look like one fluid motion. How do I do that?
No wonder why this video has 0 dislikes till now cuz i saw this skill on insta , tried it , failed continuously at the low whip point.... And now I'm doing everything with ease
Beautiful as always. Thanks for sharing. 🙂🙏🏼☯️🗡

No matter if i learn the stunt or not, i will always watch your videos because, it's like magic with tricks revealed. It's just wow and tells you how it's done. Just Perfection... 👏👏

Try doing it. Even if you don't get all the tricks, the basic ones are fun and I find it even relaxing. The staff is a home depot (hardware store) wooden dowel that is cut to your preferred size - Michelle has a video on creating one. Just add the chair foot rubber covers so it does not make so much noise when the staff falls)

@@AV8R_Surge yes bro. I'm in intermediate level. Just practicing under arm blind & whip catches. I don't follow a pattern but. Those are next target. They all super cool. I have a single video on my channel with a movie scene inspired wrist roll with small stick.. it has 761 views 😅😷😷 I said it for tougher one's, it's just like magic suddenly you're out of words and just WOW comes out 😱 . . 👍👍
I am big fan of you,
This move is also a one handed 3 beat weave. In my community that is what we always called it. The 3 beat.
Love your videos! Your skill is insane and you break things down really well. I am wondering what brand and model of staff are you using?
I struggle at the end but this is a great explanation.
I think that in the obi/ani in the movies, the high whip part is more off to the side at around 3 o'clock...no matter. I've been trying to do the windmill from a previous tutorial and this video made me realize that the top part of the windmill is just a high whip (I don't recall if you mentioned that in the windmill video). Thank you for these! (this pushing-50-year-old is having fun, and even if I never move past these two moves having fun is more than enough. Wowing my friends is a neat side benefit too (^_^)
Hello! I just started watching your videos. Awesome work and video quality. We appreciate it. What brand are those pants? I love them.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Remastered Tutorials I like it
Piece of advice. Practice with a light staff made for contact stick moves. If you make a wooden staff and try these without practice first, you are going to be covered in bruises. it is surprising how much even glancing blows can hurt.
Good..
Genia maxima de todos Los planetas
U r so amazing. The way u were spinning it so fast and It's look like from action movie. How long have u been practice this to be this professional. Btw I'm sure when u were lil kid, u r always play with ur mom's mop/broom spinning it over and over hahaha 🤣 sori for my bad English
👌👏💐
If you are doing it in the left hand to prep for the obi ani are the 3 and such still at the same place or not cross body?
🤜🤛
How can this be adjusted to a larger staff like a double bladed lightsaber (total length a little less than your own body height)? The blades are way too long for pointing down like here
Hi ❤. I just started learning. I hv a doubt, I'm bit underweight can I still be able to learn it? Does body fitness matters while starting? Kindly reply me
Hello, I want to buy a staff like your but I can’t find it… where do you buy it or do you have a recommendation for me? Thank you so much
❤❤❤💖💖💖❤❤❤
😂 It definitely helps to have a high ceiling when you’re practicing with a staff! Me wife is going to kill me!😂
👍
What movie/TV show is Michelle performing in @ 0:18 second mark (skull mask in the ruins) ?
Where do you purchase those Bo staffs from?
Jedi 🙏
I want to learn to do this with all the foods in my fridge, like whip the loaf of bread as I pull it out, whip out the mayo and mustard, high-low whip the package of sliced cheese, it'll make me look awesome while making a big ol' sandwich 😂
It looks easy when she do it but i tried and it's very difficult !
What is the name of this stick? and How can I get it? thanks . . .
I'd been doing it with a sword, no problem, but everitime I tried with a staff, it got caught on my leg. Now i know why. Thanks
