How do I get the high low tool

I love this quilt and the high low ruler. But I really love the border. Would you be able to do explain what tool you used for making it?

The border is made using the Tucker Trimmer and combination units that you can make with the instructions.

I love this quilt. Is there a pattern. The borders are fabulous.

I tried to go your website twice but I got a warning message both times that the site may have been compromised and hackers may be after my info.Just thought you should know. Mya be nothing or may be ?????. Too bad, cuz I wanted to buy a couple tools.
