Hey I've been looking into do the same. Do you mind me asking your age? I'll be 28 and I don't know if I'm too "old" what are the costs? Really don't have a career and I wanted to start.

@@SooHighFashion no sir I don’t mind. I’m going to be 29 in September. It’s never to late for a good career. I have people in my class right out of high school up to the oldest guy is 55. The costs is a little tricky based on what brand motorcycle you pick but I picked Harley so I paid about $22k but I think it was worth it. Teachers are great and really take the time to help you if you are really have trouble.

@@Fig93 how much mechanical knowledge did you have going into school? I don't have any lmao yeah I would 100% pick harley. The only mmi school near is Pennsylvania and Florida. Seeing as I only have 1 vehicle, 2020 softail standard, I would pick Florida because I could ride all year round. You're really a big help man thanks, could only find forums from over 10 years of people going their experience in it. Also I've been asked since I have zero mechanical knowledge, "are you good with your hands?" Meaning what? Like with tools? I've made couple thousand dollars playing video games if that counts???! Lmfao got the hand eye coordination

Looks like someone's building a beast. Just think you won't have to bring it no where to Dyno the bike. It might have to end up being a nitro bike but I always wanted a bike that had the heavy sounds like elephants stampeding or in idle made the same deep sounds of the drums at the beginning of the VH song Hot For Teacher.

Shit wish I had the money and still lived in Florida (Ocala).......But if you guys ever feel like doing free work on an 04 fxdli you let me know,(free lol) in the mean time I'll be putting in a starter tomorrow because I was quoted 700$ I paid 200$ for a new starter and 22$ for a primary gasket and 20$ for primary fluid so for $242.00 I'll spend an hour or two and I should be back on the road haven't been on the bike since June 27th when it stranded me at AutoZone so I could get a damn 1/4 ratchet ....

Chris i have a 2011 road king with 103 stage one, It has a ticking or knocking sound two different Harley shops and they don't know what is wrong. $2000 later, Any ideas

So the moral of the story is you can have these parts or three or four 2000 to 2018 Sportsters…. Tuff, Tuff choice 🤤 Or just one Sportster with 9k dumped in it… 🤔

Great video, would love to see the ‘how to’ on some of those components, but maybe Chris doesn’t want to give away the secret ingredient? Guessing that a ‘feature length’ version commercial will create some chat, but maybe that means you guys have arrived if the big boys want to advertise with you. At least it was a half interesting one! Keep going gents, good effort!

Sooo this just begs the question. how does someone afford to dump this much cash into a bike? I would really love to know the backstory on who has that kind of disposable income! Anyhow, congrats on the build, and looking forward to seeing the test ride!

Is it basically true that any Harley that is modified with a stage 1, 2, 3, 4 does not last as long if one left the Harley stock as it comes from the factory ? And why is it that Harley does not build bikes that do not need to under go such upgrades. Japanese, English, German, Italian bikes come from their respective factory totally powered to the max. Is it just another way for Harley to suck additional profits from the consumer or W/E ? FYI, I own a 2015 Harley Super Low 1200T and am seriously considering/looking for a 2020/21 Harley Low Rider S to purchase to replace my underpowered Super Low.

Not true necessarily, there’s lots of aftermarket parts that are actually better than OEM and will extend the life of the bike. So it depends, it’s circumstantial. Japanese, English, German etc bikes don’t come powered to the max. Most bikes from OEMs are actually limited, which is easily seen when looking at their mapping usually, and they (just like Harley,) are limited by governing bodies and regulations (ex: EPA in the US.) HD has their “Screamin Eagle” line of performance, but even that’s limited by EPA.

Yeah stock brakes and suspension have all been changed shortly after I got the bike home 🤡. Can’t leave all the modifications to a shop to do

@@rw6783 no.. he’s HAD sponsors. Difference is now he’s pimping out his channel with commercials During the video (for $$, obviously..) to Us. His “loyal followers” This is why some people are bothered.. because after years of US watching everything... he made a business out of it. & sweet. Ok. But..apparently either he bit off more than he can chew; or if that’s not the case, than he is just getting straight up greedy & trying to get rich... selling out.. I think that’s what he meant (& LOTs of others think). 🤷🏻‍♂️
