High-end Ginza Breakfast Lab: All-you-can-eat small bowls of seasonal Japanese and Western food!

I went to Ginza Breakfast Lab, a small bowl buffet that has become a hot topic on SNS.
All you have to do is to put small bowls in a 9-masu tray, and you will have a beautiful meal!
The dishes are as good as those of a ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant) in terms of seasoning and containers, and they are all excellent.
I think 2,500 yen per person is a very reasonable price for this quality of food.
This is a restaurant that you will want to come back to again and again.
The prices for breakfast and lunch are the same.
Lunch is served with seasonal cooked rice and freshly baked tiramisu.
Lunch is especially popular, so it is recommended to make a reservation before visiting.

    “The dishes and the menu are a good reference for cooking at home.” YES! I am so glad you understand! I really enjoy cooking but, even when following a recipe, it is so much better once you understand how the meal is supposed to taste. Is it enough just to make croquettes with asari to make them Fukagawa style? I want to eat them to find out! So many interesting dishes to try. So much inspiration to improve my home cooking. I also hope to come here each season (breakfast, brunch or lunch, it will be so hard to decide!). Thank you again for this wonderful introduction.

    This buffet menu changes seasonally. Lunch is very popular with freshly baked tiramisu served at each table. I love cooking too. I am learning to cook nutritious and delicious food. (But three meals is so hard. I understand very well.) Thank you too for watching so many videos.

    Thank you for watching. You are right! Many of the dishes have complicated shapes, and it may be that they are washed by hand to clean off the dirt. When I think about the difficulty of those who do the work, I feel complicated. We have to thank our employees even more. I was touched by mitzy's thoughtfulness. That's excellent. Thank you!

    Things I need more explanation of "eggslut" and "wolfberries" I haven't come across these terms before

  • @aya_food_adventures

    @aya_food_adventures

    2 жыл бұрын

    Thank you for watching the video and commenting. There wasn't enough explanation about the food. The names of dishes from other countries are difficult, aren't they? "eggslut" A type of egg dish. It is prevalent in Los Angeles on the west coast of the United States. A dish of potato puree and eggs in a glass jar and boiled in hot water. "wolfberries" A deciduous shrub of the Solanaceae family native to East Asia (China-Japan). It is found in wastelands and blooms lilac flowers from summer to autumn and bears red fruits in autumn. The leaves and fruits are used for food, tea, fruit liquor, medicinal, etc., and the roots are used for Chinese herbal medicine. It is sold commercially as a superfood. I can only explain this, but I hope it helps.
