You have helped me feel not alone in this struggle. Our pets are our babies...grief at their loss is a tribute to the love and joy they bring to our lives. I'm so happy you have Blue and new puppy girl and also the love and memory of your beloved sweet gone girl. I'm kinda old and cherish MANY such memories and loves. I too have a new puppy who wants my attention and my paint brush. Life, love is wonderful isn't it?!

I’ve never experienced this before. It will take a very long time to stop crying. Your video caught my attention because I have the exact same secretary desk. Oh, Kacha, I am so sorry to learn about your sweet little dog who I've seen in so many of your videos over two years. I deeply understand your grief. My beautiful, incredibly smart Arabian horse had to be put down 2 days before Christmas. He was only 13, very young for a horse, especially an Arabian. I can't even talk about him. Losing a beloved animal is devastating. 😭 You are very courageous to return to work in such a public way. I don't think I would be that brave. Another reason that you inspire me. 🙏🏼❤️😘

I've been doing faux wood for a few years, using diluted varnish, I love the look its so much more attractive than using the faux wood tool, thank you for showing your version, it looks perfect 🥰

I've had a piece on Facebook Marketplace for a few weeks now, and at a good price, and NOTHING!!! Most everyone likes it too. I don't know.

I have that exact blue broom and use it for this finish. i do use a deck staining brush before the whisk type tool. it evens out the glaze.

That turned out beautiful!! Just so you know, on John's furniture Repair site, Trena said those wood cut outs on the glass doors, are supposed to be on the inside of the glass. Don't understand why they put them on the outside of the glass. They break so easily on the outside. But thank you for the opportunity to see your beautiful work.

I use this technic with oil based i choose a white color for the base then I mixed clear varnish with some paint and I applied the trick of faux wood with my brush and I was so proud with the final result of wardrobe it looks so good
