Hello Ruben their is something to be said about hanging with your buds, camping out, sharing cooking skills/recipes and having a beer with your friends. That crazy weather that pops up--hail rain and thunderstorms with lightning!!! Time for another beer and enjoy the show!!! This by far is one of your better experiences out in the elements!!! Man this was such an awesome trip with my buddies. When we camp we always have some good food and beers. Dude that storm was something else lol. But you are right, something like that could end up making people leave and we ended up having some good laughs. What makes the difference is your preparedness. Thanks for watching buddy. This was an incredible storm that dumped about 2 inches of rain in less than an hour. Having experience camping in all conditions the elements throw at you makes the difference. We had a great time regardless. Thanks for watching buddy. Take care.

You made the best of a bad situation. But when you have good friends with you that have your back all is good. The weather didn't affect your dinning. You all ate like kings...lol Great video. Thanks for sharing your trip. Looking forward to the next one.

What an incredible trip. I am glad my friend had the supersized canopy to take shelter. Otherwise I think things might have been a little worst. But I am glad we at like kings in between the weather. I’ll remember this trip forever. Thanks for watching my friend. I hope all is well.

That storm was NO joke! Wow! I would have ran into my vehicle if we were out in that heavy storm! Whew! Glad you guys are ok and Dang, you guys eat WELL on your trips! I’m hungry!!!

Another great video thanks. That was an awesome storm an incredible hail. I camped at 10,000 ft in Taylor Park Colorado near Gunnison 24 years ago muzzleloader elk hunting. Things you see at that altitude in the wild are amazing can't understand why people want to live in a city. By the way, that breakfast you made looked amazing and made me hungry wish I could have had some. I'm going to have to try that myself. Single person serving of course. Stay well be safe. 👍👍

Thank you! I am so glad it's finally raining also. The fires we saw burned up some of the most scenic parts of the state. Way to sad! I look forward to getting in a trip with Jake. We had the same rain at the jemez 376/604 Saturday when we went riding. We had rode the quads to the Gilman tunnels and got back just before it hit

It is awesome to have some good buddies to go out and camp together. Good memories and many laughs together make them the best!

All the food you guys were eating looked amazing! I love that big wok you were using at 11:00. - - - That was a crazy storm! We get hail storms like that every year. If your lucky, your yard won't get hit, but every house in the southern half of Sask usually gets smacked by one of those every summer. - - - Awesome video buddy! Man I look cooking on that wok. We call them discos out here because they are made from a disc plow the farmers use to cultivate fields. That is wild you guys get storms like that also. We get these types of storms typically up high in the mountains above 10000ft. But it's not out of the equation to see them down lower. I thought for sure I was going to have hail damage, but it didn't thankfully. Thanks for watching. I'll be out on the Quad next and more often since things are open. My buddies were like, dude, lets get a trip in. Have a good weekend buddy.

Man that looked like a fun trip with a few buddies. Great food and a few beverages... can't go wrong there! How are the bugs at night? I probably wouldn't be able to handle an open sleeping situation like that. I love the concept, but the mosquitoes (particularly this year) would make it quite unbearable lol! Enjoyed the fire and campfire stories, well done man. Great drone video and I always enjoy seeing the landscapes you call home.

Hey there buddy! The mosquitoes are not to bad of an issue. Sometimes they can be, but the most we get harassed by are little black flies that bite. These are the worst. It was an awesome trip. Nothing like camping with some friends in the woods. That weather was wild. The road ended up being good. All the water we heard was coming from an arroyo about a mile away. We thought for sure the road was going to be washed out. Thanks for watching buddy.

We couldn't have asked for a better weekend to go camping. Rain, sun, and awesome food is the perfect trip. That was way to funny when water started to flow through camp lol. I love drone footage also. The value it adds to the video is sweet. You really get to see what your surroundings look like. Lol, dude when that story happened I was like 14 years old. It was seriously wild, but 100 percent true. And even better, maybe, we were sober haha. Thanks for watching buddy. Cheers.

Looked like an epic camping trip. Man, I have to get out and check out the Sawtooths. I have only ever seen them from the highway. That story about the campfire was insane! Who knows what those people were doing out there, but it must have been spooky stuff. Not sure if I'd rather have that happen or that insane hail storm you got.

The sawtooth mountains is a pretty neat area to check out. The sandstone rock formations are super cool to look at. You can find indian pottery in certain places you hike. I recommend coming in fall, unless you time cooler weather like we happened to have or in this case, epic hail storm and rain haha. Man that story was wild, but seriously a true story that happened when I was about 15 years old. Thanks for watching.
