LOL! You are not the only one, I also find myself looking for something with a bird on it, praying hands, a turtle, some critters, etc. when I go thrifting - these days.

That penguin was for baking soda to refresh your fridge from any oders . Popular in ceramics classes.

The little dishes are not ashtrays they are for a used teabags at place settings on your table. They are a lovely find. Hope this helps. Love watching you.

The colorful bag is a "bolsa wayuu" made by the Wayuu people in northern Colombia (bordering Venezuela). These are hand-woven. Nice find!

A lot of work goes into these. It takes the Colombian women up to a week to create.

That Broom with the bird the handle looks like diamond willow. Here in Alaska diamond willow goes for good money. I would of snatched it up also.

The horse bookend probably had sand in it. Sometimes bookends made overseas was shipped hollow with a stopper to be filled with sand when they arrived at their shipping destination. It saved the manufacturer on shipping costs to do it this way.

What a nice, clean, organized Goodwill.

I believe the little white/gold dishes are vintage "nut dishes" (also used for candy such as chocolate "bridge mix"), especially as there are four of them. They were often used on the bridge table to provide an individual nibble snack for each player without taking up the room that a larger single bowl would take.

I have the same chopstick bird for my dollhouse! Love the broom.

You found some really nice things today. I love the kitty salt shaker, tea pot and those little packet you thought were ash trays, I think they were to put used tea bags in. You should have gotten that stuffed bunny. It was so cute. Those pictures were great too.

I bought the earlier robinhood bowl with cherries. Love it and I actually had wooden balls the right stain for feet. Keep up the good work!

I have a Charmaine Olivia print. What a find at Goodwill! Her work usually centres around self-portrait/exploration with human form. The bird painting on wood is an interesting divergence from her typical style.

Actually the blue nesting bowls, are pretty valuable they have a set in Ernest Hemingway’s house in Key West in Florida and I sold a set on eBay a while back and i had a pretty good profit

It looks like a Waterford crystal vase not cut I looked up a tulip style yesterday myself.

I believe the blue checkered vase you just passed is a Mackenzie Childs “Royal Check” you might want to check underneath it...@ 1:14 min in...Or McKenzie Childs style... but Mackenzie Childs style also sells good

The embroidered picture might be done with what is called thread painting. It is a form of machine embroidery.

That is the cleanest goodwill I have seen.
