On foot safari, now we are talking! Free parking, great start 👍 lovely bird song! Wow, that fog came in fast. Glad its just deer in that fog. Very atmospheric seeing them. Well protected zebra spotting. Love the elephants! Mmm coffee and tuna sarnie, great compliment! That baguette looked great. Brilliant safari and tips 👍

I often do that, start whispering into the mic as it is early of quiet and don't know why I do it either. A place we have never visited before but looked a lot to do and see and a place I know Mrs Metalman would really enjoy, cheers Alan

Cheers Alan, I've given up using the mic now. It's to fiddling and not the best quality but I tried it. Woburn is a beautiful town, I usually do a Woburn walk once a year. xx

Sorry I'm late Rachel, missed the notification and only found it when I thought you hadnt uploaded in a while. This was great, i love deer parks, so relaxing and the birds singing were gorgeous. The stables in the fog were very atmospheric ! Woburn looks so pretty and St Marys was lovely . This looks like agreat day out :) ~ Anna 👍

That’s amazing - we’ve been through the Safari Park but we never realised that there was a footpath through it! Fascinating hike Rachel - amazing to see those animals. But you’re probably right - best to stay on the path! 😃. Ha the Black Squirrel - would love to see one!! Have a good week 👍👍

Love it, we stay there sometimes chicken sitting for Matthew’s sister (she owns the chickens, she’s not actually a chicken!) and we love going walking there. Last summer we sat in her garden in the sunshine listening to the lions roaring, very strange in an idyllic English country setting. The Woburn Heritage Museum is an old church, the grounds and graveyard is beautiful and peaceful, highly recommend a picnic there! Also there is a great restaurant, Loch Fyne that does fabulous fish and chips for a reasonable price during the week. The architecture in the restaurant is beautiful. Great video. Would love to see a video on Dunstable Downs and Whipsnade tree cathedral. I’m not sure if there is a rambling path between but I’m sure you could figure something out!

It’s a fantastic little town, so much character and charm. Only a 30 minute drive from N’pton too. I must take my proper camera next time and try to get better pictures of the deer. ☺️

Hey Rachel 😊 looked a lovely walk great seeing all the animals along the way. Haha I would have done the same 😅 and gone off path I’m always getting easily distracted like that especially if there was a zebra to look at.

Yeah the zoo keepers take their jobs very seriously. I didn’t get shouted out this time round and played by the rules. If your ever down this way, I’d recommend a visit. It makes for a good day out 😊

That looked nice. The bit at the end before you went back to the car reminded us of the grounds of Wollaton Hall.
