HGT: EP 26 - Front Squats & High Bar Squats / Glutes on fire

We all need that good glute burn every now and then. I Have found that with my high bar and front squats, I get the most glute activation.
You may be different, and you may have found your perfect exercise, but this is mine. Who knows, maybe you could share yours with me in the comments and make it my new favorite.
Either way, everything felt good today, but I was too gassed to finish my dead lifts. I will probably have to throw them into my back workout later this week.
