It would definitely be worth getting this kit for the flak panzer variant, as an aside that resin and metal hetzer kind of looks like the E-25 from World of Tanks.

That resin Hetzer would have been state of tge art.... in about 1973.

Apparently it wasn't commonly known as Hetzer during the war. Some people take things too seriously and get upset when things aren't super accurate and precise... something like that.

Don't think it matters for games or models but it sure as hell matters for references and histories.

Great video! The Italeri kits (like this one) that Warlord sells are frustrating and fiddly, but the plastic parts that Warlord actually develops (like the Marder III and the Opel Blitz) are really superb kits. I now avoid buying Italeri vehicle kits from Warlord and only buy the plastic sets that lack the Italeri insignia because I know those are the ones Warlord had a hand in designing. They are easily the best plastic sets I have built. Italeri have some of the worst.

Thanks for the vid. You have convinced me that when I go to buy a Hetzer it will be the Rubicon kit. One piece tracks are the shit.

This was the first tank i built and painted in 28mm, and i was very happy with the kit apart from that the tracks was a bit fiddly.

Presumably pronounced “Jagdpanzer achtunddreißig t gonna Jagdpanzer achtunddreißig t”, with the “t”s pronounced “tay” in the German manner.

Funny how warlord/italeri kits seem to have allot of fit issues on tracks and details...You'd think they'd notice and fix them or actually test these...oh well. It is a shame though to have no crew for the scouty flakky one

They're not usually quite as bad as this one. I do wish they were more like the Marder 3... and I assume (and hope) panzer 38t. Also it does seem odd that they didn't include a crew. I didn't think of that at the time I made the video.

I disagree. Painting videos take significantly longer to do and to be honest they don't get nearly enough views to justify busting my arse and burning myself out to make more of them than I already do.
