Pretty good idea but I would probably exchange the curtains for a brighter pair. The interior looks quite dark but maybe a simple makeover is the answer.😁😆

de gasveren gaan bij normal gebruik minimaal 15 jar mee. Ik heb al Esterels gezien/gehad met gasverne van 20 jaar en ouder. Voordeel van de gasveren ten opzichte van de torsieveren bij een Rapido Orline is dat ze goedkoop zijn en eenvoudig te vervangen en nog steeds te krijgen. Probeer maar eens een torsieveer voor een Orline te vinden.

What are the walls like? What are they covered with and are they insulated? I'm thinking of converting a folding camper to this sort of thing, but making up reasons for not doing it.

Ook ik heb jaren met zo'n caravan rondgereden. Heel licht in het verkeer. Heb er nog altijd spijt van dat ik hem weggedaan heb. De gasveren heb ik ook moeten vernieuwen. Ik vrees dat die veren toch maar een 10-tal jaar meeggaan, wat meteen het grootste nadeel was van dat systeem. Ik denk dat de nieuwere modellen met torsieveer werken die langer meegaat. Worden nog steeds NIEUW gemaakt bij TRIGANO.

Supertof syteem, en je kunt hem gewoon in je garage kwijt, geen dure stalling nodig

Good idea for a couple going camping or travel with trailer for sleeping to make sure you have a place out of the weather to rest, what is the weight of just trailer and can you with what vehicle?

Any vehicle will do. It's not so heavy.

Empty this model is 635kg, any car will do but the heavier the car is, the more steady the handling will be ;-)

I dont understand the concept of a folded camper.. Why not just hv a camper, a lot less hassle, w no obvious benefit.. Its not u r saving on weight by much..

You are probably not very familiar with the phenomenon of air resistance and crosswind sensitivity? This system saves you a lot of gas and has a much steadier handling 💪🏽

I know this is an old post I'm replying to but hey! why not : ) Evert is spot on. They can also be stored in a standard garage as they are low when folded down, just placing a tarp over it will help keep it from weathering. Easy to keep the roof clean, no ladder is needed. You can also see what's directly behind you while driving or parking up. If parked in front of a house they won't block the window or sun like a traditional caravan. Low centre of gravity while towing. There's probably more reasons than I've mentioned RED HANDED.
