I am a BAMA fan.....who also loves the Dawgs. It didn't matter if Georgia was playing YOUR team or not. Larry Munson generated so damn much excitement that you almost found yourself pulling for Georgia. He was one of a kind.........unequaled.......there will never be another. He, also, was a damn fine man.

Yeah, not sure how that happened but the Lindsey Scott play is Georgia Bulldog legendary! I can't see that play too many times. I was watching that live, praying to God for a miracle, when it happened!

I am a good old Georgia Boy and I will always be a bulldog the sad part about this is Herschel doesn't remember a single thing he doesn't remember winning the Heisman Trophy he doesn't remember anything about any of this he told me this himself ! He is by far one of the nicest gentlemen on this planet

the clip at 0:30 (labeled FOCUS) is not Herschel... That is #36 Carnie Norris, filling in for Herschel, who was hurt the week before against TCU... Norris ran for around 150 yds that day, typically dragging at least 1 Rebel at all times.

I forgot how strong he was! Laying out Bill Bates was classic though in fairness, he caught Bill flat footed. I've always wondered if Walker's leg strength was better than Bo or Earl?

They did race. Bo won but they probably raced more than once cause they were both on the track team and in the SEC. Herschel Beat Houston McTear once. McTear was known as worlds fastest human at one time.

@@ufcman8015 Herschel Walker's personal 10.23 legal 100 meter time is faster than Bo Jackson's legal personal best of 10.44. I've never heard of Bo racing Herschel let alone beating him. I find this hard ro believe. Herschel was a lot faster than Bo.

@@biggalaxy9102 not "a lot faster" my friend as I was at AU then when they overlapped ...I was/am a Georgia fan and got a lot of ribbing especially from fraternity Bro who ran track and was always telling me Bo was faster...I think Herschel knew the technicalities of track (starts etc) but Bo was a better overall athlete and I really think Deion sanders was faster than both.
