Yeah, the subject of Doc's willingness to fight monsters is a bit of a weird story. Lost his arm for beating one of the devs years ago, nowadays runs from everything. Kinda inconsistent. Seems like he mustve gotten alot worse at combat, unless maybe he just no longer feels like it.

Doc is the kind of person to see an ender dragon and ask "is that a pet" and not wait for an answer

Me and my wife were watching grians video and I had just commented to her how I missed doc, and then all of a sudden there's a dragon around spawn and I just started yelling "it's doc it's doc it's doc it's gotta be doc!" Your the only person on the server mad enough to do it. Knew from the minute the tech community figured this out that you'd make it happen on hermit craft.

My favorite thing about these videos with game breaking shenanigans is that Doc never says "I did it!" It's always "we did it," genuinely acknowledging the efforts of everyone who never even touched the server but still worked to get these feats done. Hivemind strikes again!

I can't wait for the "Hermits react to Doc's dragon" compilation. Grian and Scar would probably be screaming "wHAT THE HECK", while Rendog would be questioning his authority all while Isuma is sweating in the background

When I saw the dragon in Grian's episode, before you even showed up, I was like "This is totally a Doc thing" and I just HAD to see how you managed to do it lol. Such an insane process! Scar: "I'm going to build an awesome custom Christmas Tree!" Doc: "I'm going to capture a live dragon and make it my slave."

Doc: "I'm just a peaceful tomato farmer" Also Doc: lobotomizes a dragon and chains it to a flag for all time

Look at Doc riding on the back of that flying machine like Santa in his sleigh, delivering dragons, joy, and a little bit of terror to the rest of the server.

This was so nerve-wracking and rewarding too. You can hear the joy in Doc's voice when the dragon is finally chained to the flag. This is so cool dude

Who else would come back after some time off and be like: "You know what this server needs? Two dragons!" (So glad to see you back, after you saying people in your family were ill I was worried for you all. Glad to hear everyone is recovered.)

I just imagine the other hermits/emperors going to spawn and instantly being like "Doc, what the heck did you do this time?"

Imagine if he did this on empires. The other members return from the hermitcraft server to find a dragon

I use your videos as a podcast for work and study, and I swear I threw a pencil across the room when you screamed after being attacked by the warden. I started laughing right after that. It's great that you're back and you and your family are feeling better

Ahh I still love the thing doc does to let him see so far in the server. It makes the hermitcraft world seem so much smaller. Scars base looks huge when you're in it, but tiny from Docs perspective when flying over.

I have to say, bringing the dragon to the overworld is one of the most "Doc" things I have ever seen! Especially considering the fact that he did it not for any elaborate prank, but simply because he could and he wanted another exotic pet!

The return of the king, no, GOAT! Wish you and your family well, doc.

@@katleido Either of these would be great: 1. Doc delivers the dragon to Zed's place and it just flys around the top of his light circle and Zed discovers this one day. 2. Doc informs Zed he has a gift for him, and Doc and Zed work together to move the dragon. Probably one of my most wish for things, Doc/Zed collab. #3 just came to mind. Doc pulls Zed as a secret santa present/prank...
