Indeed, I thought the same. Not to mention several of them are generally derpy so the mistake totally fits them - cool build with just a hint of derp is basically the description of HermitCraft, I'd say.

Two Hermits One Hill reminds me off... .. WAIT WHAT THE F XISUMA?! x')

I like the idea of everyone building a town as oppose to going off and doing their own base.Also making some hand made floating islands around town for certain builds would help fill out the skyline.

That just looks awesome! Really like the sign. I think you should leave it floating, I think it looks great that way, especially at night. You really dont need the support pillars.

I kinda like the sign just floating...I think any struts or grid behind it would just distract from the awe and become too busy

Slip, that's called Nailonchalkboarditis. It is a serious condition and you shouldn't joke about it.

You have Hardcore Ender Expansion on Modsauce, right? Well, with a lead and some purple powder you can find in the End you can craft advanced Ender Pearls. The item gives a different effect and the effects stack. Try this: -Gold Ingot (Doubles speed) -Wool (Prevents teleport damage) -Leash (Makes you ride the pearl) -Feather (No gravity)

I just can't wait for this world to be available for download! All of the builds are so cool, and by the time the season ends, it'll be amazing.

I love the rain generally in real life and in Minecraft. Also thunderstorms are awesome in Minecraft.

xisumavoid I still have not seen a creeper get hit by lightning and get super charged I'm sure that is going to be terrifying.

Some fence posts "holding up" the letters could look pretty cool, and perhaps having them behind the letters as well I think would look pretty good.

The sign looks amazing. Maybe terraforming around the back of the sign with stone and dirt blocks to make it seem the sign was carved into the mountain (like Mt. Rushmore). Then some landscaping and lighting. Well done.

You should prank slip by placing side torches all over his base. People have suggested doing one large side torch, but a huge torch prank has already been done.

Hi Xisuma! I just thought that landscaping is not just about removing stuff... If you need a proper hill as a background for your sign, just build one! It doesn't have to be solid and filled in with blocks. Just one-two layers of dirt will do.

In episode 301 you were wondering why all the lag around McMumbo's. I watch mumbo and the reason there is so much lag is that McMumbo's way of getting rid of the feathers is to spit them out on the ground so that is probably what is causing all the lagg.

It may have already been stated, but when you said the sign should have some struts, I instantly thought of the Hollywood sign. You could possibly make it look like that. But a very awesome job, i like how the letters are not all squared off.

The Woolyg8r Elevator comment made me nearly choke on my tea :-) Nice job on the sign.

Xisuma, rather than using ender pearl launchers, you could use flying machines like in missile wars, but without the tnt, and have stations on mountain peaks. You could ride from end to end, then have a water drop / elevator to get up and down.

I get goosebumps when I tear polystyrene like you do when you touch those paper towel things!

Your reaction on that, when you fell on that one by one ledge above a massive lava lake was funny/terrifying.

I died in lava in the nether 2 times, since that, I always have a fire resistance potion in my hotbar when I go caving/in the nether, it's really helpful and saved my life many times.

The memories.... It's fun to revisit these older vids.

Xisuma, would large amounts of items on the ground possibly be causing the lag? Mumbo's made a lot of farms that are filled up, and probably leaving a ton of items on the ground as its attempting to auto-harvest.

Canadian thanks giving is not based on the same voyage that the American Thanks Giving is based on. While we both do the same thing and eat the same kinds of food. The voyage unlike the Mayflower landed of the coast of Canada not America, there thanks give takes place on the second Monday of October. :D

At 20:38, I had a Calculus test today and I was doing that for every single calculation. Made my head hurt!

Hooray for Slip being a worldly American and knowing that Canada has Thanksgiving in October. As for why, it's because harvest festivals are best done at harvest time, not a month into winter. By American Thanksgiving, at least half of Canada (by land mass) is entombed within snow and ice, while those of us living on the west coast just get to drown in all the rain that makes its way up from Hawaii. Given those weather conditions, farmers (and gardeners) do their harvest and pre-winter maintenance stuff in October, not November. It doesn't make a huge difference to Canada anymore, thanks to grocery stores and modern food shipping routes, but traditionally, we'd largely be living on the stuff that was preserved to get us through the winter by now. As for why we have a thanksgiving at all (or rather, one that's so similar to the American version, since the general harvest festival concept is pretty much right behind the soulstices as popular reasons for holidays worldwide) - we may not worship the Mayflower expedition the way the Americans do, but we have largely the same origins. Back in the day, Canada's heartland was New France, until the 7 Years War (French and Indian War in American-speak) in which the still-loyal British colonials conquered New France for Britain. So the English speaking people of Canada were basically American colonists who moved north before the war and for whatever reason collectively decided that the revolution was a bad idea. I'd say it was the bear arms thing, but that's not in the original version of the constitution.

Omg, Xisuma, change the enderpearl launcher so it uses tnt to launch! Make it use perhaps 4-8 or something, like Sethbling's enderpearl launcher. It would be expensive, but the mob grinder would really make it easier, and it launches REALLY far

I get the same feeling from those binders and folders that are "3D." Those ones that the picture shifts when you rotate them. when someone scratches them i have a shake run down my back uncontrollably. Anybody i tell just brushes it off like i am a lunatic!
