Both Etho and Iskall are all rounder minecrafters with varying degrees of skill. Iskall has often said that he refuses the labels of builder or redstoner, he's a minecrafter. It doesn't make sense to him to focus only on one aspect of the game.

Trick question. Both of them are both. This is a modern hermit house hold.

I honestly feel like removing the water from around the nether portal was a huge mistake. Having the water made it feel more like you were honoring the shattered savannah. Removing it just made it feel a bit like a generic build a little.

I really hoping iskall has taken so long to upload the next episode because it’s a big one

He and Etho are about as far away from Boatem as you can get on the island and they aren't using any wings (yet) so it makes the distance that much harder to travel. I'm sure once 1.18 comes out he and Etho will get the itch to go explore and put some wings on. By then he and Mumbo will be back to their usual shenanigans.

I love Iskall's thinking noises throughout his videos. They're the best!!!

This season is the first I've seen of Hermitcraft and found Iskall when he went on a thinking walk in Mumbo's video and his "hmmmmm"ing just warmed my Swedish heart. And now I'm stuck. He's so precious.

The Lantern looks mega! Really digging the aesthetic. I can only imagine what the shattered savana will look like by the end of the season, but I hope that isn't for a while :)

Someone need to make a resource pack where it’s iskall humming in different pitches depending on the block

You may already know this, but you can put sea lanterns or other light source below stairs and since stairs are transparent, they will still light up the space.

For non-trident-wielding no-wings hermits, you should add a little waterfall from the front of the entrance into the lake so people can swim up :)

So sad to see the waterfalls go. I thought they looked really great and unique, and even fit the aquatic theme of the shop.

Another way to light up the shop without having exposed Sea Lanterns would be to just hide them under the stairs.

To move all items of one kind into a chest from your inventory (and vice versa), pick up any item, hold ⇧ Shift, and double click one of the items (or a stack) of the items you want to move also, the colour aqua marine is pretty much right between green and blue

I always fall asleep on Iskalls videos, (they are not boring by any means) but he has such a calm and soothing voice, I could listen to him for hours

For the house of Cody’s you should make the floor upside down barrels because the bottom of barrels looks like 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 spruce planks and you can get more fish storage space

Here is a tip Iskall: when moving items from a chest instead of doing the stacks separately you could hold a stack with your mouse and shift-click the other o the same stack and then double click which will move all of the stacks into your inventory

Iskall, I have to say that this video is definitely my FAVORITE video of all the hermits in season seven and eight! I love it because I see all your progress in stock from the guardian farm which inspired me to make my own in my survival world. Your whole video was put together quite well. Normally, in any hermit’s video I get bored with some parts in it. But this video is very well done! Thank you for being AMAZING!

I love how Iskall is so passive aggressive about the color of the copper blocks.

TIP for everyone (if u don't know) -There is a way to quickly empty your chest/inventory. While holding an item in your cursor and also holding shift (I dont remember whether you need to hold it) double click on another item and this will bring every single item of that type (type that you clicked on, not the one u have in coursor) to another container (chest/inventory). By every single, I mean that much as you/chest can carry. Hope this will help you in the future.

You should have dispensers throwing ingredients at you as you make sea lanterns. That should be more efficient
