Just an idea: Iskall, you could buy all of the spare land with all of the diamonds and sell it to hermits for cheaper BUT you get a certain amount of their profits. The hermits can choose if they want to buy it cheaper and let you take a percentage of profits OR you could make them pay something like 2 diamond blocks for a plot instead. EDIT: You could set up a shop as well that is the basis of selling the plots as well and have another diamond pile or something like that. Maybe you could put in like a book and quill to see who bought what and you can have like a grid system. For example: Iskall85 - B13. This could be something cool to spice things up when people buy plots.

For the outside of the sugarcane farm, you should do a simillar "factory design" as the creeper farm, with a slightly overgrown look and a large sugarcane plant encasing it or growing out of the building.

Last count Iskall has 2000. Keralis had 3.5 stacks of blocks 3.5x64x9=2016 Keralis has 16 more diamonds than Iskall. Of course not including extra profits since the office. So I think iskalls assumption was hardly unfounded. Edit: Iskall actually had around 2100.

There should be a net worth board, so people know who the richest hermit is, the board could get updated everyday or week by the mayor and that way iskall can flex his diamonds to everyone

Is no one going to mention the fact that Jevin, in almost every episode, mine some diamond ores? It may not be much but it starts to add up after a while.. (for reference he has mined a bit over 1,000 diamond ores so far but I think I forgot to write down one or two of the times he has done it in a video.. One of those times was from the 2,000 in one episode challenge-)

I'd imagine only having one minecart to pick up all of the items to not be efficient. Wouldn't there be waste build-up when the chests eventually get full when waiting for the cart to only pick up a set amount every time?

With his current design this will be pretty hard, because the droppers have to be empty so the chest can go on But I think a whole circle of Minecarts going around the farms on small bridges could be efficient and also look Omega

loading the minecart chest with shulkerboxes would be a good idea if the minecart chest can't keep up with the flow of items

In the industrial district you should build a tunnel for the minecraft to go into in the central storage system because of the brick it will look like a classical train station. Like so iskall might see

The only hermit who started the season with the goal to make a rediculous ammount of diamonds is not going for the diamond throne! He preferrs to own 10,000 the honest way. Iskall for mayor, everyone! lol

Iskall, you should restock your treasure island with some of the most amazing prizes to be won. One of those could be a plot that you bought on the shopping district, intriguing other hermits. As your treasure island was already so popular, I believe you will make a ton of diamonds here.

I think iskall's idea to get into already existing businesses is a good one. Having comptetion will push the prices down as we have seen with the 2 concrete shops. Better for all hermits.

My friend, in order to reach the 10K goal, pull a heist! Do so under the alter ego Iskall58 (or something) Iskall-man's arch nemesis. The diamonds will go missing, the hermits will be in uproar, you'll have fled to your secret hideaway with the loot, and the mayor will have to launch an investigation to recover the stolen goods. Plenty of fun narrative plus you hit your goal, and ties in with existing the existing server lore

The end of Iskallman: He buys every single thing in the shopping district with his 10,000 diamonds then ascends into heaven.

A quick suggestion: since you are using the minecart chest to pick up items, it might be cool if you create some fast unloading stations between the farms so the mine cart doesn't get full too quickly. Not sure if the system already safeguards for this, but unloading stations might help keep the system running easier :D

I watched your stream today! When you were talking about the cooling tower I kinda had an idea. I did some googling and cooling towers have been around since at least 1930, and disguising the docking station as a pipe for cooling water that could look really cool in the area! If you like this please consider to like so he will be more likely to come across this. :)

When he said he should build a chair in the industrial district i thought that maybe he could make a bigger chair where all the items farmed pop around him every time he hits a button or a lever. Not trying to interfere with what he has but he could just have the farmed items pop out around the chair

Iskall!!!! For the scale of your Industrial district you should have multiple mine carts going from the main storage to individual farms so it is much faster and you can control it better!
