It's interesting seeing the Hermits make changes to their playstyles season-to-season. Last season, Iskall focused mainly on the Plastic Fantastic island and builds that go with it, but this season, he's all over the place building in tons of different styles. Nether, underwater, mines, ice... I like the variety.

On the non-portal entrances you could make something like a broken portal. Obsidian on the edges and purple panes in the middle, as it gets closer to the center less panes to get a broken feeling. It would look awesome.

the floor needs to have a fog effect with 4 layers of orange and lava at the bottom for lighting and stalagmites of nether wart and or magma blocks.

In my mind I see a rounded dome roof on the demonic keep...kinda like a velvet crown. What if there was a fiery kraken with tentacles reaching into the ceiling and lava? It could possibly be somewhere between a ghast and king boo... maybe wearing a crown maybe just a round head...the arms would give you a stair into the ceiling and you could even put a mustache on it

Honestly I like the idea of combining a lot of the suggestions I've seen: Bumbo Demoni, possibly in the same "ball/4-face" format as the one at mumbo's base, plus the floor of the castle should be foggy glass with basically an inversion of the exterior pattern, ie cobble/gravel/stone at the exterior then a ring of magma blocks with a lava "geyser/fountain" in the center under Demoni like some sort of Unholy Lava Spring from whence Demoni's power comes.

The particles only exist when there are no blocks below

My anxiety goes up the roof whenever Iskall is flying on the nether, especially on the lava parts

Iskall, what if you made a demon that was like chained up in the keep. The face pops up out the top and the body goes into the keep. Maybe you can just do the torso and add the fog effect in the middle so like its reaching from the depths of hell >:D Or maybe like a demon prisoner in the keep. Making chains and it's trying to climb out. Just a thought :)

BTW a giant evil eye would look cool on top

When you can't fully appreciate how amazing the Nether Castle is because you are terrified iskall is guna plunge straight into the lava!! xD

You could replace the iron bars with lava to make it look more demonic or you can but lava on each side of the towers

Iskall use slow falling potion when looking the building while flying

idea: put like hellflames out of the towers that would probably look cool

This castle is in great need of a demonic 3-headed hellhound, guarding it from unwanted pigmen and visitors.

I don't know why anyone wouldn't like the new Netherrack texture as it's tiers above the literal pixel sludge that Netherrack used to be.

19:15 It was inevitable, if you think about it... there's only so many times you can tempt fate.

I have an idea for that thing you wanted on the top of your castle islall. What about a giant dark black cloud that looks like it’s raining lava? Maybe you could mix in black stained glass as well as black concrete to get a pretty nice effect for the cloud. Also using yellow and / or orange stained glass panes might look like the lava falling down. Just an idea though. Great video!

how about having huge flames in each tower, by only using red, orange and yellow stained glass.

Have fire made out of stained glass coming out of the towers!!! And maybe a pyramid for the roof!

Instead of adding a roof to the castle, you should add a giant demon/monster over it. It could be like a big guardian of your nether fortress, kinda like how Cerberus guards the gates to the underworld in mythology :P

Insanity Crafter that’s what I was thinking but it could be 4 headed one for each entrance and have big claws going over the walk way to make it scarier also having claws/spikes coming out of the lava surrounding it

Don't forget the importance of lighting in the nether. It may not be necessary like in the overworld but it will bring out the colour and detail more than it otherwise would.

You shall make the tower taller or make some cristals floating on top of them made out of glowstone in red glass

Build a red fire dragon above the Castle that would look amazing

PLEASE, Iskall, make the roof pretty much flat with red glass, and hang cages on the ceiling above it, so it looks even more demonic.

A giant ghast floating above the castle with an evil face. Have big chains coming out of the towers holding the ghast in place. I think it would look awesome walking across one of the bridges and seeing that

I just thought of something. Employ Scar to terraform the lava around your base into an epic view so its not just plain old lava.

iskall make another amor with fire protection,wear when you make project in neather.

Maybe some red netherbrick accents in the portal castle?

This episode made me hold my breath a lot... Nether flying freaks me out.

Omg all that flying above the lava and nearly falling in all the time, was completely nerve-racking! Love your build though and you're absolutely right about the details on a build. The magma at the lava edge was a great idea.

Put a Bumbo Lava-Toni in the middle of the castle.

This isn't a really Iskall video, he didn't say mega once.

Flames coming out of the top of the towers Also, lava going down behind the slots in the towers would light them up.

A demonic stone hand would look AMAZING coming out of the pillars, grasping the nether rack ceiling!

Maybe you could use fire as an element in this build, the particles and sounds could be cool

1- stop jumping out over lava 2- build a skull hanging over the center and make chains going from the top of the towers up to the ceiling. Maybe iron bar and walls alternating vertically could give that chain look

Will we not add some Iskallium to this Build.

Make a big red crystal in the mid

An idea that doesn't involve the building itself but the scenery around it is to use the neitherbrick blocks and have the floating within the lava, to make the castle look like it is slightly crumbling and the bricks that fell is scorched.

Plumes of smoke would be cool to come out of the top of the tower. For the floor, it would be nice to see some netherwort patches.

Master Boss not all monsters on the world are immediately bad cuz the are monsters and the living being(sort off) was just minding its own business, it didn’t even try to attack Iskall, maybe it wasn’t gonna attack Iskall. All monsters in Minecraft are immediately bad because they are programmed to be. Nor are they living. All your points are invalid. XD

I must say that I love how you talkin such a swenglish accent all the time but then do all those great english accents when you are playing around. Luv it =) You guys were great in the panel btw. One could say that it was a smorgasbord of hermits to enjoy.

Iskall! For the interior by the portal, I suggest you try reinforcing the sides of the portal with purple glass and more obsidian just making the pillars thicker and making them more prominent and menacing-looking.

It may not be as fun as a demonic face, but you could tie it into your main base by placing a pylon in the center, like a red one. Also, I don’t know how you would do it, but it would b interesting to see if the hub could duel work as a mob farm where the pigmen fall into a trap the moment the spawn. Just a thought. Thanks for getting you video out so quickly! You are Amazing.

For that dark red, there is the special Nether Brick that comes from combining Nether Wart with Nether Bricks. I also think you might want to look into dead coral to mix in with the stone as damaged/aged stone bricks and blocks.

I'm really liking the whole "Fire and Ice" building theme you seem to have wandered into this Season. In that spirit, since you have your Overworld nether portal decked out with netherack and nether brick, why not also deck out the area around its corresponding portal with a bunch of packed and blue ice, since those blocks can't melt.

Someone has a lot of faith in their Elytra^^ Mumbos would have stopped working while flying over the lava sea xD

Ooh! Ooh! For the demon face, make one of those spiky block things in Mario that come smashing down when you walk under them! I think they're called Thwomps. They're all over Bowser's castle and they make mean faces. It'd fit perfectly with all the stone and lava.

Iskall you should put 4 mini versions of the big demon eye from lord of the rings on the small towers and then put a demon bumbo in the middle and leave the roof open so you can look up at it, and remove the big overhanging netherrack so you can actually see it

Just an idea, but what if you create a shop for bumbos. People can show you a place where they think a bumbo can fit, and you will build it for a charge!

We all know that it doesn't matter what suggestions for a demon face we give... It's going to become a Demonic Bumbo in the end.... and i think we prefer it that way ^^ Embrace the EVIL SIDE, BUMBO0o0o!

I think having evil demonic faces on each side is so cool, maybe even 3D I'd suggest maybe asking or looking at Tango's old videos from season 4/5 where he built his nether fortress with Impulse and his season 5 base in general to get inspiration. I think the second floor would be cool as like a grim reaper room where you go when you have died to be determined if you're going to hell or heaven depending on your sins

Add Demon hands rising out of the lava beside the castle, as if they're going to drag the castle underneath. And add dark green Ender eyes on top of the castles towers.

making the keep hang on chains from the ceiling and removing the lava creating kind of a suctionhole would look really cool

Nether wart is super easy to farm. Just make a crop farm with soul sand instead of dirt. (It doesn't need light or water, but i'd light it anyway to keep out the mob spawns.) Love those windows, the wart blocks with iron bars surrounded by cobble look awesome together. The towers might look good with a column of lava flowing down behind the slots and a dome of burning netherrack on top of each tower.

Bumbo Skulloni? You could have lava coming from the roof of the nether into your towers, maybe have some spill off the side. The side opposite the portal facing the nether hub, instead of a bridge you could make a giant staircase connecting to the hub. No ideas for the floor, but I like the open roof, more like a fort than a castle that way.

I love the magma trim around the base of the castle. I think a black stained glass dome would look awesome up top. maybe fill it with lava similar to the nether hub chandelier on season 4 I believe it was but up not down. I am enjoying the different styles you have going this season. mixing it up really shows off your skills in all styles. Great job!

You can put a pentagon in the middle of the floor. And have a skylight for a roof with some sort of glowstone formation on the ceiling of the neather so you look through the glass and see something made of glow stove or any other block

If only I saw this when it first came out because when I saw the magma blocks I thought it would look cool to put obsidian to make it look like the lava is cooling into magma then obsidian

Once you have figured out the floor design you could build a epic spiral staircase in the middle which could give you access to the top level of your build and give you a reason to go into them awesome towers!

iskall, I've been thinking about something that your fans have been waiting 2 and a half years for. Wait for it.... Moba Lisa 3.0 or 4.0 I'm not sure which. I think it would be amazing to have it be the main focus for the pirate district or the moon base alpha. I'm sure that Xisuma can place the spawners in with commands like he did with the villagers, to enhance the game so you don't have to search forever for the perfect placement of spawners. Also, you might be more incentivized to work on it if it was close to your base. A suggestion from one of your fans, Awesome5172

Put a massive devil/demon thing on top using the towers to push itself up as it emerges from the building. And make a wart farm inside the castle so that it has a use
