I think your old SA just wasn’t a good one. Maybe it is one of the reasons why he is no longer at that location. I’m so glad you didn’t feel pressured to buy the red one knowing you don’t typically wear that color. I think too often people feel pressured. Hermes items aren’t cheap and it is our hard earned money, so you should wait to get what you want. So happy that you now have a good SA you can bond with and she was able to order you the exact bag! Thanks for showing how the locks work with the strap. I’ve never seen it in a video showing how the lock is meant to be a stopper of the strap. Your video make it clear to me as it’s hard to know from a still photo. How much is it if you don’t sharing? I’ve only bought their SLG’s. I never asked about their bag prices since those have to be offered. I’m curious if I can afford the 18. It’s so cute on you! By the way, it’s ZooMOni not ZooMAni. 🙃

Just don’t get the “you have to take what’s offered” attitude at Hermes. Good for you for holding out!! Think the first SA was on a power trip, so glad you have a great SA now! And she got you exactly what you wanted!

@@CarolynLife same here! I’ve never met her but she’s the friend me or anyone would love to have! That bright infectious spirit is so positive and she is so happy and full of life! I just love Stella! I wish she would at least explain that she’s okay and may want to take a break from creating content or possibly step away from it altogether. That way we’d know she’s okay! We totally understand life gets crazy and seasons change people’s free time limitations. I just don’t like the silence 😔

And there's always one thing that's great about the Picotin and that's the strap lenght and the fact that the straps are not rolled - it's so comfortable to carry in the crook of your arm. If you want a nice Hermés with a shoulder strap I think Evelyne is worth looking into. They are easier to come by and they come in a wide variety of sizes and colors. The strap is also very comfortable - I know you're not a fan of wide straps but it's really something that makes a bag a joy to carry even when it's a bit heavy.

For anyone wondering I did a little digging on Instagram and it looks like Stella is doing ok and she’s still with Bart (I saw some divorce rumors in the comments). She is doing day/ crypto trading now so no time for her youtube peeps anymore. Let this be a lesson to not build parasocial relationships with people. As much as they seem like they care about you, they do not. KZreadrs are here for the money

Hi Stella! You’ve always been an inspiration since I first saw your channel. I’ve been a flight attendant for about over 3 years and miss seeing your material and hope at some point you’ll find the motivation and spark to start vlogging again because you truly do bring your channel to life and are a ray of sunshine. I know your video a year ago did say how American did slightly tweak their social media policy but don’t let that stop you from bringing out your best self. I don’t know if you’ll ever see this, but low key I did send a copy of this to all of your social media to most likely being able to see a higher chance of you seeing this. Congrats on your Picotin! It’s perfect! I have the Picotin 22 in orange with rouge grenat handles. It’s adorable and so easy to use every day. I tend not to use the strap and lock because the bag naturally folds in itself. Thanks for sharing your story and giving so much detail on your experience! I agree when it comes to Hermes don’t settle! Always ask for exactly what you want! Enjoy your bag 🙂

I love your channel but this video kind of made me upset. Aren’t you the customer? Isn’t it the sales associate wait on you rather than you humor them so they will wait on you? Stella you are just too cute and are an amazing advocate for any designer you like. Hermes should be kissing your feet for the free publicity you provide them. PS: The bag is adorable. They make really good money especially if they are senior like she is/was? (She’s been Mia for a year 😔 so who knows what she’s up to now but she also had her own cosmetic company and KZread sponsorships) she also is married and from my understanding Bart has a good job too so it’s doable :) I wish she would come back we miss her!

It’s a good idea to have a back up with the job you are in. I heard that they are going to have to ground many pilots from flying due to the Covid vaccine injuries and all their heart problems. I strongly encourage you Stella to go have an EKG done and get a D dimer blood test. You may be at high risk for blood clots if the vaccine you took was full strength. I worked in the ER and left because of everything I was a witness too. Please take care of yourself and I hope you are ok.

Love your channel(s) and been following you for a while on both, your excitement is infectious, however this time it made me so so sad, I myself have wowed never to buy from a company that bullies, discriminates and looks down on anyone especially their customers….love their products (bags above all else) but the way they sell them is unacceptable and in todays society we all should be standing up to any type of discrimination especially for a bag… look up the horror stories that just make my blood boil, please please consider these things in the future for all our sakes….

Economy is about to crash yet nobody pays attention. Better be stocking up on food not handbags.
