Hello Stella, So happy you are back! My husband gave me the Chanel black mini flap lamb skin 34 years ago as a Christmas present when we were still dating. I have used it for multiple occasions (weddings, dinner dates, shopping at Target) and after all these years, it is still in awesome condition. It is one of my treasured handbags along with the medium size white lamb skin double flap that my husband gave me as a wedding present 28 years ago. As for the LV toiletry 26, the LV sales associate shared that since Princess Diana used it as a clutch (photo you shared), the popularity sky rocketed. I bought it immediately after I saw that photo back in the 1990s. You have a marvelous collection. And, thank you for sharing. Another awesome video 😊

Diana was on a boat going to the restroom. She never used it as a clutch. She had her toiletries in it and out it under her arm going to the restroom. Louis Vuitton jumped on that story right away. She was a Dior girl.

Yes!!! I’ve done that quite a few times myself. The favorite MM in monogram, repurchased 3x until I realized I can’t stand that magnetic closure, it’s gone for good now! 😅 But I’ve also repurchased the OG monogram bumbag, the Pochette Métis & The Multi pochette in monogram. I currently regret repurchasing the PM & MP. But we shall see, I’m still holding on to those for now!! But my biggest REGRET by far has got to be the Chanel Jumbo Single Flap in black caviar & SHW; and at these current prices, she’s gone for good! 🥹 lovely collection you have! I love your taste in handbags 🫶🏽

Stella, great video ! I don’t sell any of my bags 1). It took me a long time to purchase the bag and 2). I’m so attached that I couldn’t part ways with them. I do believe that what’s meant for you will always come back to you.

I only got a few designer bags. Last year I buy the first time a LV and I'm not so happy with it. The leather scratched when I was in vacation. I want to buy another bag in a few months. @@StellaConnolly I’d say yes and no cuz sometimes you outgrown your bags? If that makes sense. But do whatever you want just let that sit for a while before you SELL anything hahaha 😇 I really could feel your regret and heartbreak in the videos reminds me of one of my mistakes similar to yours 🥲

I bought the PM 3 times before I realized it was too big for me. Sad.

So happy that you are back!! I totally can relate and I was so happy to see this video. I am currently regretting and obsessing over the LV Bumbag. At the time I felt as though it did not sit right on my body. I also was always fussing with it and felt it was a pain to get in and out of. I knew it was being discontinued but I figured they would bring it right back but without the flap over the zipper. Similar to what they did with the PSM. I didn’t think that they would completely overhaul it with the High Rise. I regret getting rid of it so much.

Do you still have/use that cute little PVC makeup bag that you bought at Harrods many years ago ? (black with London scenes printed on it). You used to carry it on your AA flights. Will you be posting any more videos of your flight attendant experiences?

Stella, we missed you so much!! Thank you for sharing your experience, I’ve also encountered the same thing. I had to re-buy what I sold as well due to the circumstances I was met at the time (age, lifestyle, etc). This is a great video to guide people to cherish their buys and think twice, or even wait until a year or so to let it go.

The Chanel double flap medium is a classic ♥️ love the jumbo also but the medium is 🎉🎉🎉

One thing I've learned from over 10 years of buying, collecting and selling (some) designer handbags is this: our tastes change every few years. A bag you've lost interest in this year you'll find yourself all of a sudden interested in again the next. After a few incidents of "sellers regret", I've stopped selling my top tier designer handbags (especially Chanel). The price markup when you decide that you like a certain bag again is waaay too much for me. It's much easier to have the bag nicely tucked away in my closet waiting for it to be in the spotlight again.

great video! I sold Chanel mademoiselle bag a few years ago and I regretted it so much. I sold it because I got tired of the bag after using it non-stop for a few years. However, after I let it go, I began to miss it. I sold it for next to nothing so I should have kept it and wait for a while to see if I would love that bag again. Big mistake! 😂

I loved making FA videos but I have been out of work on and off for the last few years with medical stuff. And now when I do work as a Flight Attendant I don't really do overnight trips. I just do day turns so not much time to vlog.

Love the ivy bag but that buckle opening is a bummer.

hi. Louis Vuitton now will not repair anything without the original receipt. Even if they know it is real, they still won't do it. It's CRAZY!!!!

The thought process for me goes like this. I don’t like this or that about the bag. It doesn’t work for me I’m going to sell it. A year later, I miss this bag it wasn’t bad I want to buy it back. Buy it back, ohhhh now I remember why it didn’t work for me. That’s just me
