Congratulations on your milestone bag! I got offered a Constance 24 myself just last week and of course I jumped on it! You are right on the building a relationship with an SA, being patient and purchasing to earn points towards quota bags. I did those things but I have so far just purchased items that I truly love and use. My offer was the reissue Constance 24 in Mauve Sylvestre with rose gold hw. Constance is included in my wishlist with Hermes together with the Kelly. I got my first Hermes, a Birkin 30 from a reseller, and boy what a difference in price! Resell prices are triple if brand new and double if preloved! More power on your chanel!

Would you say when your trying to build a relationship with a SA what items and how much do you need to spend to eventually be offered a Birkin or Kelly?

Just went on a date with a woman who had this bag. I thought it cost about a thousand bucks, but given the actual cost of this thing, I've definitely dodged a bullet. I would never have a relationship with a woman who spends this much on a purse. I had a sense she was materialistic, but this is ridiculous. My income is much higher than hers, by the way.

Hard to say! I think it’s more about the relationship than anything. Ive had friends spend a lot less/a lot more. I’d say I’ve spent less than 3x the cost of the bag (on other items I’ve also waiiiiited for - my Picotin, pillows, etc). It’s hard to get any item there 😂

Gorgeous B!!!! HUGE CONGRATS!!!! Just FYI... the Stamp comment you made is actually not correct. On bags with rose gold hardware, the stamp is gold and so are the feet. Sounds weird but it is true.

I feel a bit sad for people like me who cannot, due to their past struggles and traumas, so comfortably go into stores and form these relationships with the staff. I’ve seen this suggestion for luxury boutiques in general, not just here about Hermês. I guess it doesn’t affect many people, but there will be some who might wonder why this doesn’t work for them. It might take them awhile to realize it’s not their fault, it’s just one more thing that that trauma made difficult for you. I’m here for your happy story, so, back to the fun

I was thinking the same thing when she mentioned *always the same color. Because it's not always the case. Rose gold hardware has gold stamping, then there's the blind stamp for barenia and so black birkins, as well as a few other variations. Sometimes the suede "grizzly" birkins have different stamping.

Not necessarily buying! But rather sharing your passion for the brand and its other products, collections, etc! I often go into the store to browse, see what’s new, etc. But I don’t necessarily always buy!

You can buy the cheap fake trash for $300. The machine good quality is $600 The handmade super fake quality around $1200. Or you can buy the real thing between 11K to 100K. My Etoupe Togo B 35 CM was $12K at the Hermes store (2015).

Nice content but I’ll have to disagree with you on 3:36. Their approach not being about how much money can we make. Having people have a “presend” to get a bag sounds to me like 3:36 they want to force people to spend on their brand and sounds like a money making strategy to me. I do agree that the quality is top notch.

The biggest problem with the toronto store is that nothing is ever in stock. How do you build a relationship and buy things you love when every single thing is out of stock? I've shopped H for decades from Dubai (used to live there) so I already own most of the base stuff and since my profile didn't transfer over here in Toronto, I'm stuck starting over with nothing left to buy. It sucks so much, I put my wishlist for a Kelly in 1 year, 10 months ago now and my SA won't even talk about the wishlist with me anymore.
