@@jackhowes8530 sure it's technically possible, but only one year after signing the previous deal, and only increasing the wage by a tiny amount AND getting rid of the clause , almost no player would ever actually sign that in real life.

it doenst have to be super realistic. in real life arsenal can get Aouar for 40-50M and not up to 80M. So just buy him when you raised 40M. you already overpaid for Partey.

Matt talks about his OCD and how's he gonna keep it real but he proceeds to remove GK from the bench. Which team in RL doesn't have a reserve keeper on the bench? Super unrealistic in my opinion.

Hope you play atleast 2 full games per episode, otherwise it's pretty boring to just watch the simulation and jump in, yea i know it's cool, but not so cool to watch, not hating just saying ✌🏻✌🏻

Cool idea: put your transfer budget all on the wages and when you sell a player give yourself the money from the deal etc.

Add Dominik Szoboszlai and Michael Olise to your shortlist, they are both attacking midfielders, Olise plays for Reading, and Szoboszlai plays for RB Salzburg. They would be a great signing at the start of season two. Please consider my suggestion, Matt.

I’m not sure if you’ll read this one but please hear me out, mate! For years Arsenal have had a huge fanbase in Japan for reasons I’m sure you’re aware of (Miayichi, Inamoto, Asano). Considering the fact that rivals (Tottenham) are again for obvious reasons supported by South Koreans, maybe you can try having a young Japanese player with a decent potential (80) in your team and add like 10m to your budget every season because or potentially shirt sales in Japan? Here is some players I do recommend: Keito Nakamura 19yo 66/80 LM Yukinari Sugawara 20yo 69/79 RB Daichi Kamada (the Emery sacker) 23yo 76/80 CAM/CF Takehiro Tomiyasu 22yo 72/83 RB/CB

but sometimes a team can just win a champions league easily within a few years, its happened in real life before and the point of being a manager is to bring your team to glory by winning matches and having quality players

Another idea to make this Career Mode more realistic: Agree almost every time on possible player leave/buy offer from other team. Most of the clubs executives are more willing to get the money for the player instead of keeping him. Also, it will remind you every time that there are no unchangeable players, so even if you developed somebody for 3 years... you need to keep finding alternatives, in case of possible executive's decision that club needs to sell him
