@@dopeboyp3487there is such a high demand for big engines that I don’t think they will go anywhere for a long time. Even if it’s only a few different brands making them they will still exist brand new. Unless the governments get involved and ban all cars with more than 8 cylinders.

@@SpiderDaveOG Audi r8 is like any other super car , I’m telling u super cars are only for looks sometimes they may be fun but not nice to drive they are always very uncomfortable to drive and suspension is always stiff being a super car calibre

Carbon ceramics don’t affect stopping distance, they just handle brake fade better at the track. Steel is better for road use actually

I like how it does not have a key hole to start it up u just push and it starts so that’s nice and the cup holders can be moved up a little

R8s are actually quite the supercar “bargain” 🙄. Real talk tho its basically a budget huracán, a little more lowkey, imo a better interior and since its german id argue that its probably gonna be more reliable.

Just as an informative comment, carbon ceramic brake discs don’t actually brake harder than the standard brake discs. They are focused on giving best performance during long periods of constant breaking (usually on track), as they are made out of materials that resist the heat from friction much better. Standard brake discs tend to decrease their efficiency during constant hard breaking, because they are not prepared to develop the same performance when being too hot.

In the UK, you can pick on up used for about £100,000. If your looking at a 2017 model (my fav) then you can pick one up for about £85,000. I’m definitely looking at getting one in the next 5-10 years, the price would probably drop even more by then, this is my dream car.

thats another thing with r8s, their design is timeless, as if you compare the first gen r8 to the first gen gallardo which were released fairly close to each other,, it becomes obvious which one still olds up today for looks
