Intriguingly, Marc Marquez hinted that he would be open to leaving Ducati in the upcoming season.
Marquez might take offers from competing manufacturers in 2025 if he wants a factory bike.
Particularly KTM will pay attention to Marquez's well-chosen statements.
He is competing against Jorge Marteen and Enea Bastianini to be Pecco Bagnaia's teammate in the upcoming season.
In the upcoming weeks, Gigi has promised to make his final decision.

    @@user-ce7xw3fx6q Dude, anyone riding a factory bike from Ducati works for Ducati at the top of the food chain and Martin is almost certainly gonna achieve exactly that with Pramac but we shall see, its merely a hypothesis.

    Pedro Acosta has got it all I wouldn't like to see him teamed up with MM93 and he would have to do something really special to be the goat like race a bike without rider aids and a 500 two stroke where your reflexes and right hand proves how good you really are. Pedro Acosta for me is a world champion in waiting

    If Marquez stays in the top 3 thru the end of the season or is one of the finalist for the championship, then Ducati would have to secure him a GP25. Probably financially better for MM to get a GP25 for Pramac. Plus Ducati factory could secure podium to literally every sprint race if they have Martin and Pecco.

    Really we want mark and Jorge on KTM and aprilia so we have the best on different bikes fighting at the front instead of all on ducatis it will be miles better for the sport

    Ktm have binder and Acosta, who I rate as top riders, Acosta might even be the best with Marc. Aprillia have maverick and I wouldn’t say maverick is slower than Jorge, just not as consistent but maybe that’s due to the aprillia. I think Jorge changing manufacturers would be a bad idea, if he wants to fight for titles he has to stay on the Ducati. Especially if Marc gets a new Ducati, the only bikes who stand a chance against that combo are other new Ducatis.

    Exactly, if Martin goes to Factory Ducati Lenovo, there won't be much of a point to sprint races because him - the sprint king and Pecco will be on podium on every single sprint race next season...

    If KTM can have Marq pair with Acosta then that itself is a dead sentence to the Ducati championship. It is clear now that marq just needs a fast enough bike not the fastest to win a championship but that can't be said to other riders in the presence of moto gp.

    Binder already having a contract complicates that, he may very well outscore golden boy Acosta in 2024. Maybe he would take a demotion to GasGas, maybe this would allow him to break his contract, hard to say. Marquez and Acosta would be very interesting, but I think MM would clearly have better results. They would be a strong contender for the manufacturers championship.

    I think they only take the two highest scores from a manufacturer. Yamaha is at huge disadvantage because they only have two bikes. Everyone else has at least four. If the Ducati didn't make such a competitive package where many riders can be near the front, the other teams might have a chance. Pramac going to Yamaha would do nothing to change this because the M1 is so bad.

    @@hruaizelakisuke it might be prototype but all those fancy bits find there way onto road bike's eventually and that's why these companies race and to promote their road going vehicles and I see more Honda's than Ducati or KTM bike's I rest my case

Overconfident that he'll overtake Rossis tally of titles in later years with age on his side. Now Marquez is 32 and other boys have become men and wouldn't yield. Very difficult for another title or even a win. But Marquez being Marquez will try his best only for crashes and injuries

    Masyaallah,, it's more make sense if mm93 moves to pramac ducati due to sponsorship obstacles,,but I think he's gonna sacrifice everything to join factory ducati to catch his dream,, we'll see

    He's not getting the Ducati factory seat. They know it, he knows it and we know it. His option will be the empty seat at Pramac when Matin moves out at the end of the year OR Ducati make a fifth GP25 avaliable to MM93. KTM has ended up in with a halt for some reason (Miller provided a boost to the team but has lost heart with them) and neither Honda nor Yamaha are worth the trouble. So it's Ducati or Aprilia in 2025, Aprilia are good but MM93 showed they aren't that good as he cleaned them up twice in at the French weekend. The only bike that can stop Marc is the Ducati factory bikes with Pecco and Martin. Martin leaving Ducati is insane, he faces the exact same problem MM93 has and that's where to find a competitive factory seat and his real problem is he needs Ducati to win BUT do Ducati need him?

    Letting Martin or Marquez leave for another team seems very foolish for Ducati. Either one could win a championship on KTM or Aprilia. Martin appears to be the most difficult, insisting on the factory team. The irony would be if he wins the title this year on Pramac and then never wins another one on the factory team.

    He won't win anything hes not indispensable no one but no one is indispensable he will start crashing now and last time out he only made positions he did coz lots of other rider's crash if he gets 6th this year he will be doing good
