No she's not. She knows exactly what she's doing. She's lying for biden to try and save her own career. Remember, she called biden a racist and a segregationist when she debated him in the primary. No one was more harsh on biden in that debate than kamala was, then she turned right around and accepted being his affirmative action DEI hire. She'll say and do whatever the democrat party tells her to do.
