Domestic violence, Domestic violence 1st, suffocation/strangulation,criminal mischief 2nd other that is his charges as of now and choking is a felony now and could be considered attempted murder if he said he was gonna forever sleep her while doing it from my understanding he wouldn’t have let her go if someone hadn’t stopped him so it could be changed but i doubt it a one guy who pew someone got out after 3 years waiting on trial and he admitted he said it was an accident he just pewed out the window to scare him and another got two years because these idiots don’t know how to work a crime scene he said a girl pew herself with a 44 magnum the girl weighed 90 pounds maybe her wrist was fine she was right handed but shot on the left and they didn’t do gsr test on him or her they didn’t secure the scene and let people run in and out that were not law enforcement so he got 2 years for a drug possession it’s a lot more but it would take a day to type it all out my grandma went to them for protection wanted to press charges and they went and talked to him he said he wouldn’t go back around next day he ran her off the road and shot her and her sister and forever slept them these cops are equivalent to the kid that they let score at games they had to put a restraining order on a probation officer for harassment and something else because my cousin slept with his wife and he pulled him and his brother over every time they left the house and then he busted my cousin with some weed and it got thrown out because of the restraining order he got 25 days and lost his job and was told by the judge he should move before he locks him up for years then another cop started pulling them over and the judge locked him up first offense and the original guy was locked up until he moved the judge said you need to go I’m telling you next time it is 5 years so he moved and no cop was allowed to pull them over without video of the traffic violation for 6 months
