@@jfh9209 I go directly to Fiji for their water, and have it shipped back to Arizona in 2 thousand gallon containers. Yeah, it still tastes like dirt water like the bottled stuff, but I save money.

Shipping a plastic bottle of water around the world from an island with a limited supply of water pretty much defines unsustainabilty.

I liked the idea of drinking Pacific paradise water,

I worked for the sister companies of Fiji Waters and did a bunch of work for them back in the early 2000s and I remembered that the original owner sold the company to the Resnicks who owned the POM Pomegrante juice and Teleflora. It was Lynda Resnick who designed the rectangular design and branding and built it up.

We Fijians normally buy Fiji water at price ie. 1.5 ltr: FJD$1.45 which is equivalent to USD$0.72. We got many varities in Fiji such as AquaSafe, VaiWai, Island Chill, AquaLife and many others that is slightly better than Fiji Water.

Here in the US, half that size of a bottle (700ml) goes for over double the price y'all pay for 1.5L

Water is a basic human right. Water, that's one element that has existed for as long as the earth has. Today selling 5.00$ a small bottle. Humans are disgusting.

I just started drinking this for my bone health. It has magnesium and I just had surgery. The high minerals help with bone healing. It’s expensive but I can afford a pack for a month and drink whatever other water I have

I support them for trying to avoid paying taxes at all costs.

This isn't the worst thing water companies have done for water. I don't remember what brand it was but it was one of the popular brands and they were getting water from land that was supposed to be preserved and safe for animals. This caused many of the animals to die.

FIJI AND PANNA ARE GREAT WATERS I had to drink a water of certain pH balance due to medications that I'm taking and these two taste the smoothest and once you take one sip makes you want to drink the entire bottle

How much can high quality be quality? What's the difference between filtered water and quality water? I don't see one just like shoes how high quality is the dye,foam rubber strings etc if I'm going to spend a lot of money into water shoes cloths and food I'm going to want to go straight to the manufacture and find out inch by inch what the difference is..I bet on nothing at all that I will not get a straight answer

More arsenic than tap water. From an island that can't provide running water or sewer to all villages.

I've tried a few of the "fancy" waters like fiji at whole foods etc and I never really got the hype. Evian all of them None stood out as worth the $ imo. A freind of mine says she tastes the distinctions in these waters compared to basic store brand water etc. Idk I'd rather just get spring water/purified and call it a day . Sometimes I like the alkaline 88 because it has pink salt and electrolytes in it. At work I sweat a bit at times and I may get leg body spasms when that happens in excess . But I got a 24 pack at sprouts it was about 13 plus crv (california 🙄) . That was a splurge and now I just do gatorade zero packets instead .

I used to drink Contrex in Paris in the 90s, best water I ever tasted. But Fiji and Evian I don't care for.

It's different if celebs push something they don't use versus they love the product and use it themselves. I can do a blind taste test and know which one is fiji among other water brands. It's definitely the better tasting water. Although Liquid Death is giving it a run for it's money in taste for me. Oh and the taxes thing - yeah don't care. If you complain about someone not paying taxes, it's either because you are upset because you had to pay and they didn't, or it's because you're the government/entity receiving the tax money.

They extort the Fujians and take their clean water.

They literally have clean water all over the country. The fact you are saying they don’t have access is just very wrong. Almost any where you go there is naturally purified water.

Some of the same people who preach save the earth, are drinking this water. They can't so stupid as to think they are helping anything. I have never bought a single bottle of any water, though my wife has, so they are in the house. We have a 6 stage filter and everyone says it tastes great. I can be guilt free looking at all those plastic bottles as waste.

Polar cause I need all of my water carbonated, is made in America and aluminum is easier to recycle.

I don't think they're any better or worse than any other bottled water company. How bad is Evian or any other luxury branded water, much less small branded bottled water? The blame lies with whoever thought up the idea to sell tap water to people in plastic bottles a few decades ago.
