HERE'S HOW YOU DETOX PROPERLY - Iridologist who can tell the health of your body from your EYES

Gary Meyer can tell the health of your body through looking at your eyes. He is a detoxification and iridology expert. He talks to us about signs we need to detox and how to detox - and also his journey. He also ate fish for the first time EVER & after 15 years vegan so he shares how that affected him as well. He is so knowledgeable on studying the eyes to see what is going on inside out body and has learned so much from Dr Morse who has graced us on this channel before!

Hey Everyone!! ❤ just an update for you SINCE we filmed this ! Gary experimented with the salmon but then decided he didn't want to consume it anymore so he is back on raw vegan...the salmon was a temporary try for him to experiment and for ethical reasons he prefers to be raw ! Gary didn't feel any health benefits after having it for a few months and it didn't resonate with him any longer ! xoxoox love you guys. !

I have not seen the whole video yet, but when I became vegan in 2010, I started to follow a 100% raw food lifestyle. After about 1 month, even people who saw me every day could tell the difference in my eyes (as well as other phys changes, of course). I'd often hear that my eyes were so clear and bright and lively! I thought my eyea were fine b4 until I realized, wow, this is what they are supposed to look when ur healthy. 🙃

Gary is so right about not beating yourself up if you don't follow your "plan" exactly. Celebrate things you did well and any process will go better for you. Having said that, this next bit of information might be helpful to those who are deciding ways to go raw. I went raw years ago and found it much easier to go 100% raw from the start bcuz within 3 or 4 days I didn't have any cravings for other foods. Idk this would happen. It was like a veil over my taste buds/sense of smell was lifted & the sight/smell of prev. "comfort" foods was different - not appealing at all. Plus, I felt SO good! Even coffee, which I loved b4, smelled like some sort of horrible chemical n I had zero to desire to drink it. Do what will work best for you, but I tht I'd let u kno that although 100% raw might be harder at first, it could help u to adjust quickly, too and mayne make the rest of your journey a bit easier.

I’ve been on this slow, healing journey over years, and though I judge myself for not being able to jump all the way in, especially with an extended juice fast, I believe going slower is keeping me out of the ER. I have eye glasses, where the parts that went over my ears are so destroyed due to the acidity of my skin, is what I’m thinking now. Having trouble deciding who to contact to move forward. I first did contact (did all the paperwork, etc.) the Dr Morse clinic in 2019, but then the pandemic hit, in early 2020, and things were so busy from that point, and financially couldn’t continue. My son’s eyes were bright blue as a little one, by 8 or 9, his eyes became a yellow-green. Now, he usually just has water for breakfast. I pack a lunch of mostly fresh fruit for him, with maybe a small fresh chia seed pudding I make with fresh almond milk, and a few frozen cherries, extra sweetener of a little date water I’ll make, or a touch of maple syrup or agave, a couple drops of munk fruit extract. Sometimes I stick a sprouted sunflower seed stick or a small package of sprouted salty pumpkin seeds, in his lunch. He’s been coughing for about a week, home sick, congestion, mucus out his nose. He just asked me for a smoothie (after a glass of water) for breakfast: bananas, frozen raspberries, dates, and a little ground flax and a little fresh made almond milk. I feel like I need to do a juice fast/feast to remove mucoid plaque, for me, so that absorption of nutrients can occur. I need adrenal and kidney and thyroid help. But I’d love to have an Iridology reading. I took pictures of my eyes in 2019, for Dr Morse clinic, but I did not have the money to pay to have a reading done. I wonder if my eyes have changed much (I don’t think so), with adding so much more raw and fruit into my diet, and my short juice fasts, and just adding fresh juices into my diet, even while still engaging in cooked foods. Vegan since 2020. I’m curious about the fish. But I’ve heard there is a stimulant affect from meat because of the adrenaline from the slaughter. I know a butcher showed me raw lamb fillets/veal, and the darker red/pink spots on the meat, indicating the adrenaline in the tissue. What about fish? Do they have the same adrenaline release as mammals, into their tissue, at the kill? Is he saying his teeth-gum inflammation went away with eating some fish? Or the fish caused inflammation? I know my body still needs lots of healing. Gillian, I’ve said before, amazing about your eyes changing to more blue! Thanks for the interview, and the work you both are doing in the world. Too long of a comment, again! :P

Oh yes Gary makes a point in that we must try to detoxify so much so fast. Having to chill myself out because I’m coming from “gym chick” somewhat clean diet over the last many years then two weeks of plant based and WHAM right in to raw fruit based with many many grapes and sheesh I lost 8lbs over the last week and feeling emotional and depleted today. So probably need to slow down this cleansing and detox a bit 😅Will do some boiled squash and veg today! Then back to raw. And will do cooked less and less I feel😊because I was feeling mega high! And passed a lot of WASTE and so much edema gone from my body so quickly. But yesterday was the first day I was feeling kind of drained. Then today even more drained. So we will add in some mucusless cooked food today, thank you Arnold Ehret. Great talk with Gary!

Also, I'm more savory than sweet so I'm going to start making your zoodle pasta recipes. Dr. Morse said it's fine to have the veggie fruits like cucumber, zuke, avocado, etc. when healing. I hope to start tapering off the nuts and seeds. I want to be a low fat raw foodist eventually. I think I'll watch this one again. Thanks!

If you’re going to do a lot of fruit (which is high in sugar and could cause weight gain regardless) you have to do just fruit and healthy living foods (leafy greens, etc) because if you’re eatibg fruits with a bunch of junk and processed stuff, then yea, you’ll gain weight. Also, the older we get, the more we have to work in order to maintain a healthy weight: gym or walk, or jog…

The flu shot, if it is giving from a multi dose bottle contains mercury which is a neuro toxin. If you get a flu shot, demand it be from a single serving syringe. Single serving, preloaded syringes dont contain mercury. But most schools, pharmacies and hospitals will fill a syringe from a small bottle that multiple doses, this contains mercury to stabilize it. Think about what 30 years of flu shots does to your brain. Nobody is talking about this because its buried on the fda website and people parrot 'it doesnt comtain mercury" line which is only true for single dose shots. Mercury cant be removed from the body, it goes to your brain tissue.

I have a weird question. I flew down to Mexico from Canada a week ago to stay for a week. Halfway through the week I experienced major swelling in my feet and ankles. Then when I came back to canada the swelling went away after 2 days. The question is…. is that an indication that my kidneys aren’t the greatest?

Wonder if it has something to do with the higher altitude. I experienced this while visiting St. Lucia (which is very mountainous). It would be interesting to see if the swelling would recur after the body has been cleansed/detoxed.

My husband and I are on a 28 day juice fast. He over the years on occasion gets gout when he eats rich foods and consume lots of alcohol in one setting. Now we are on day 10 of the juice fast and his gout is flaring up out of no where like crazy!! What should we do?!? I don’t want him to stop the juice fast but he’s kinda worried.

oh wow!!! first off way to go on day 10! esp for him if he' drinks a lot normally! so sorry to hear about the gout! UGH!! OH no! Hmm...I am not a doc and don't know too much about gout...I would talk to a specialist...hopefully it's just temporarily! maybe ask around some detox coaches in the community first? but not sure how urgent that is so do get proper care if needed:)

Get a blood test and look if you’re insulin resistant. Fruits include lots of sugar and that is why fruits are not good for everyone. Look at keto vegan diets. They could work better.

Also since watching Dr Robert Morse I’ve been fascinated with Iridology and trying to learn all I can on my own through books. Taking one of Dr. Morsel’s classes is the goal once I create a budget for it. 🙏🫶🏻Aloha🌺
