I would recommend Kazakhstan as it’s the easiest to travel to, very affordable, and there’s a lot to do there - including good party and clubbing scene. Next would be Georgia - it’s the wine country and high on wellness experiences. Kyrgyzstan is super nice too but getting a visa is a bit of a challenge (you can check out my video on Kyrgyzstan in the channel).

March should be a good time. Yes language will be a barrier to an extent - if you know Russian, it would be perfect. Taking a guide along is another option though not necessary. Use Google translate :)
