To sell bad or fake products , advertisement should be made exciting.

Wow had no idea. I thought the nutrients were sprayed on or binded to the rice chemically. Instead they make an entirely new grain of rice and mix it in with normal rice.

@@skunkjobb why rice lost its power is the question to be answered... if rice has 0% nutrition, you will add 100% minerals artificially and call it healthy!! Anything added artificial is harmful to humans, that includes wearing spectacles for your eight sight vision. I can provide you the reason also for reduction in nutrition, if you like to hear

What an innovative idea! Broken rice can be reshaped via extrusion process to look like long Basmati rice except natural perfume! Our honourable PM was quick to adopt this and promised to supply such fortified rice under PDS to all ration shops by 2024.

@@kranthik100 You are talking about the COST. I am referring to the selling price. Fortified rice is being sold at 5-7-10 Rs. above the Normal Rice & This shyt is not required too. Fighting malnutrition has other ways too. Empowering FSSAI is one way.

I don't believe in artificial vitamins and minerals hence I won't eat processed and fortified rice insted I will eat zero polish rice.

I have some questions.. if anyone can answer then plz reply.. 1. How can you identify the fortified rice and plastic rice in real life? 2. In this video we can just see the process of only a single factory.. what about the others? Are they maintain this regulations and formulas accurately? 3. What are the nutrients they are adding? Tell me each and every element or compund if you know about it. 4. What will it affect to the human digestion process? 5. How many manufacturing units of fortified rice in india now? #fssai

For quality assurance, the fortified products have (f+) logo on the outer bag. And the fortified rice kernels are easily identifiable. As India has more cases on Anaemia, right now the rice is fortified with iron, which is gradually being distributed through PDS to the population which has higher cases of Iron deficiency anaemia.

Plastic rice? There's no such thing, no plastic in this product. It's very similar to how all spaghetti is made.

Tumhe Sab Maloom hein - Phir Bhi bata raha - Fortified Rice Kernels are added in 100:1 proportion to the normal rice - Ho gaya...!!! Koi rocket science nahi. Plants available to do the Drama of manufacturing - Mainly Iron, Folic Acid & B12 hote hein - But nobody clarifies kitna daalna hein & Preserve kaise Honge - Shelf life ka bhi koi thikana nahi - Sirf Public ka paisa lootaney ki scheme hein - Even FSSAI is not clear about anything - all Lab test reports are manipulated - Is se to achha hein - Mehngaii kam karo - Public apne aap achha khana kha legi

@@SmallChangeLiving The only way to solve the problem naturally is to not eat white rice. White rice is not natural. They remove the parts with the natural vitamins to make white rice. This is how they put those vitamins back. Brown rice has a shorter shelf life, but does not require fortification, so there is a trade off. Shipping is a big problem due to the short shelf life of brown rice as well.

FSSAI please tell me what should farmer do to get nutrients? Do they need to sell their rice cheaper to govt and then govt will fortifie the rice and then sell back to farmer at higher price toget nutrition...I think its not long term remedy...why not get nutrient directly from the plants food??

It's a pity that such a good informative video got too less views and likes?

Vitamins are sourced mainly from Non Veg process as you can easily see on Multi Vitamins tablets - they have a red circle ⭕ logo on their strip. I don't know why everyone don't have but mostly have and I got to know this after seeing the red non veg logo on a multivitamin tab strip and confirmed the whole story with my friend who is Chemist and have an experience of medicines manufacturing

Does that mean 3 years old rice can be passed on as new? ...... As long as it really gives nutrition this can be tolerated... Otherwise this can be a cover to pass on unfit yeats old rice or very low quality rice as good food......

I don't think consuming fortified rice is bad for non-anemic people. It is just nutritious rice for people like us who make use of rice in the giant portion of our diet. It's better we track how much macro/micro nutrients we get in our usual diet before trying to filter the rice, since it underwent a tremendous process to make, it seems😅. At least that's what I believe.
