I own 2013 328i. Love it. Repairs are expensive but I maintain it and have very few issues. Great choice for the price.

managed to get a 328i xdrive for 2,500, needs some work and is nearly done but these videos just get me so anxious to get it on the road and just drive to my hearts content!

I have a 2011, same beautiful colour as this one (deep sea blue), 6 speed manual, smooth inline six, bought new, and absolutely NO regrets.

Own same car 2011 for ten years 86K miles and is best car that I've owned. Nothing has ever failed other than a radiator just replaced due to seepage and new plugs at 70K miles. Never had to do brakes, yet still drives the same as it did when I purchased it as a CPO. Must change the oil at half the recommended interval and keeping it in a covered space prevents it from cooking in the sun. I have owned a LS 400 Lexus and several Japanese autos as well. E 90 BMW with the N52 I6 is the best choice, though not fast like the N54 turbo, enough for most needs. The X drive is good in the rain but adds weight and sucks some power.

No water pump failure? Sounds like you’re about to experience failure within the next 10k miles that’s when mine went out, hard to believe only the radiator went out, considering regular maintence is what keeps these running forever

If you live in a state with heavy emissions regulations definitely read. When shopping these e90’s look for “SULEV” under the hood. It’s a different emissions standard than the older ULEV models. The sulev cars come with a massive warranty which basically fixes anything under the hood as long as your car is under 150k miles and/or under 15 years of age. I’ve had the fuel pump and fuel pump module replaced for free under sulev warranty by the dealer which is at least a $2000 job. I also recently got the vanos solenoids done for free as well under warranty. Car runs amazing currently sitting at 104k and it runs better than when I bought it at 82k. Highly recommend this car to anyone

I'm in the process of Buying a 2009 328i Xdrive for $7000 , it's in amazing condition, I had the pre-purchase inspection done By the BMW Dealership and everything scored 100 across the board. It was owned by a Dr so it has been well loved and maintained.

Yes I have a nice 2008 BMW 335xi very nice cars. Dont buy one if your not going to do the maintenance on them. I spent $20,000 on maintenance and repairs since buying it in 2017

Bought a 2007 328xi 119k miles for 5K clean title and love it, yes fixing a mechanical problem is costly but if u take care of the car and do it’s proper maintenance, you should be fine. At the end of the day it’s a reliable car and problems can be prevented as long as u take care of the car, it will take care of u!

You don’t see a lot of BMW’s at the repair shop because nobody can afford to repair them so when parts break they just keep getting driven beyond the point of fixing it or they get parked for years.

bought an 07 with 130k on it just regular base model, barely any issues just basic maintenance, great cars hold up for a long time

bought a e92 07 and it basically needs everything its low miles too 117000 suspension is claaped out do to it falling apart im in a root with this one christmas tree dash board

There is a reason why these cars devalue 85% even with good miles and appearances. You don't want to be the guy driving it when the notorious $6500 repair bill bomb goes off. I will admit they are awesome vehicles to drive, a real pleasure feeling their solid build quality. The best time to own one is when it is still under warranty.

@@agege They can get expensive. I also have a chevy cobalt. Id recommend one of those as a first car. They don't ever have a lot of issues and they're cheap to fix
