A heavy duty Hercules HT182M trommel working on 'waste' material to produce saleable products for the customer. The feed material can be very wet and sticky and the trommel is removing the clay before the jaw crusher which follows the trommel without the barrel becoming blocked.

A very contaminated feed material is no problem for the trommel, even when wet. Oversize material is sent for further processing with a jaw crusher. The rejected fines material could be rescreened to remove further material if required.
