Like what? What did he "accomplished" here? This is creature responsible for suffering and death of thousands of people. He could've ended the threat there, but just walk away instead, leaving fate of innocents on whim of a blind chance. It a lowbrow TV show for kids, don't treat it's meek plot choices as something else than a cop-out.

This scared me as a kid the way CGI never could. There's just something about the heart it takes to make practical special effects and makeup that stands out

Are you not able to see that this scene contains CGI? Bad CGI, at that. Modern CGI far surpasses practical effects most of the time. I bet you don't complain about the CGI in Gladiator or Mad Max: Fury Road.

Great action scene! There was never any doubt though that Hercules would emerge victorious!

Hercules lineage always amused me. His mother here is the daughter of Perseus. However, like Perseus, Hercules is the son of Zeus. So Hercules is not only Perseus' grandson but also his half-brother. Think about that for a second. Dammit, Zeus!

I Used to Watch This Show when I was a Kid It Sucks that they Nerfed Hercules Power so Much he should be Stronger then this he is the Son of Zeus and he went to the Academy on Top of that and Trained for Years, He should Be Throwing people around like Rag Dolls.

Kull the Conqueror was released in 1997. Hercules the Legendary Journeys started with the TV Movie Prequels to the series in 1994.
