Herceptin/Trastuzumab no. 7 or 8 || Racist chemotherapy nurse || Breast cancer vlog

Day 384: Ok full disclosure, I have lost count of how many Herceptins this is. I thought it was the 7th but then I think it's the 8th with the new counting system (14 adjuvant instead of 17) and I actually wore the same thing to Herceptin no 7 and 8 so they've blended in?
Australia is the land of casual racism and I know this because I've experienced it, numerous times. Usually it isn't malicious, and just ignorant, but it happens all too often.
I did not expect my nurse at the chemo day unit to be racist though. Ok, maybe she meant well, but I feel like this stuff shouldn't happen anymore.I was born and raised in Australia, and I sound as such, even if my name sounds really 'foreign'. Despite having a racist chemotherapy nurse, I've now finished my 7th Trastuzumab/Herceptin infusion and I'm halfway done with my adjuvant Trastuzumab/Herceptin infusions!
