In my heart, I still can't help but feel that it should have been Mo Yuan and not Yehua. Both are good, it's just that Yehua took the initiative while Mo Yuan never said anything but showed it through his actions. Everyone knew that 17th was his favorite disciple, but Si Yin aka Bai Qian never realized why he doted on her so mcuh.

This is true, never said they were.

Ye Hua was the best person to transfer their essence to Mo Youn. Mo Yuan nurture him to give him life so he gave back Mo Yuan life. I absolutely love that he never follow the advice of anyone and choose to revive Mo Yuan.

Its so sad cause from day one you can tell he loves her. I do wish they make a series about his love too
