    Tbh I think his wrestling ability could translate well into MMA maybe he could fight for the UFC one day and be a champion, maybe retire as double champion one day.

    John smith would say you're doing it incorrect if you're driving to the shoulder. He says it's about posting the head on the inside of the knee not driving to the shoulder.

    John smith did it different he shot got the ankle then used his head of shin to fold the opponent and turn a two point take down into five points

    I was never good at shots from space. Especially the low single. I need my ties and drags. Always loved how they looked from the oklahoma wrestlers, fast twitch explosions with feints everywhere

    It's a single leg. There's not much he could say unless you wanted an hour long class on people's habits. When you get the ankle you want to climb up to the knee a bit and drive your shoulder into their hip. Or go for a high crotch.

    Crank your head into their knee. They should fall and you can switch to a double on the ground and climb up

    @@loganmyall660 look up "how low can you go" by John Smith. There are a million specialized finishes for a low single. None of which undo the work you did getting a low single by going back up into an outside single or high-c.

    @@samt.2081 a lot depends on what they're doing. If they're just standing up like an idiot your best chance is to climb the ladder. Again, this is a video on how to shoot a low single, not an hour long seminar on finishing low singles.

    This is the 2nd Cejudo training video i have watched. Cejudo has got to be on of the most clear and concise TEACHER I have ever heard or watched aside from the military. I would class up in a heartbeat if he was an instructor out my way in Mesa, AZ???

    I use to go for a double just to get a single, always worked well. He should talk a little about telegraphing your take down, I have seen very good wrestlers make that simply mistake.

    Learned to wrestle in the Midwest, Ohio. This was a go-to takedown and still is a great option in self defense if you end up in a bad spot. In the Midwest guys bail hay all summer then go straight into football and wrestling season . They have that crazy gorilla strength and endurance you can only get on a farm.

    Bryce Landolt Khabib often goes for low singles and then pressures/runs with them to the cage. It was the first takedown in the mc Gregor fight.
