Hendrix Embellishments in CAGED Major Chord Shapes

Музыка

I'm a home hobby guitarist and I made this video for one friend. As of early January 2022 I have an unexpected 9,000 views. If I had known it would be popular I would have polished it up! Hope you find it helpful.

One of the best Hendrix chord videos I have seen, and I've seen a lot! Thanks so much. Please post more of this type of video. Brian is fantastic, and I am a member, but a lot of what he plays is way too fast for me!

Playing several instruments and but best on the keys, I'm semi-retired from public performance so, I'm polishing up on the guitar, because I have recently invested in two new ones, a Fender Jazz Master Acousti-Sonic and an Ibanez Steve Vai White Stallion PIA, so your video is going to really help me improve my leads and I'm sure plenty other players too. Your slow pace is sure better than trying to follow some one's lightning licks. ROFL Thanks! I have originals under Ricky L Richards

These kinds of videos are of the more fun variety 👍 I find embellishments and such in guitar tabs pretty hard to read, and those are really fun to know. Question for right-handed guitarists: Got to thinking since I'm a lefty, the guy on the screen faces his frets towards mine, do you "righties" think it could be faster/easier to learn if the image was flipped? That would then be the one perk a lefty has 😂 And also, someone making instructional guitar videos could then upload two versions of the same video since flipping the image horizontally is literally one mouse click to do in editing software.
