HEMA Conditioning- lower Body - Three Tier Routine
Hey everyone!
Thank you for checking out my three tier lower body conditioning routines!
It's really straight forward! Do the warm up, pick a tier, repeat it three times and do the cool down! Do this three times a week! If you want, you can pair it with my four part Longsword upper body conditioning routines!
