I am one paycheck away from losing my apartment, but even so I always give when I can. I’ve gone around my neighborhood gathering clothing from people who have no use for them and hand them out to the homeless community near my job. I don’t have a car and have to walk everywhere I go. It’s been this way for almost 3 years now but since I walk everyday I have met so many great people that keep an eye out for me now. I’m only 5 feet tall and 111 lbs and I walk in some pretty shady areas. So it’s nice to have good people keeping an eye out for me. Thank you for all that you give to so many. I met a lady a while back live in a shopping parking lot. I asked why there , she said " the street racer crowd meet there and when they're not McDonald's is 24 hr so always folks around and safe. All the best to you for the Holidays.

"Don't talk with your mouth full!" Michael, you are such a dad to these young folks. 😂 I can tell they love your banter and attention! Thank you for all that you do for them. So many people would have just walked off when they saw so many people coming at them at once, but not you, you really have a heart and love for these houseless folks. We all need to be more like that. God bless you!

Even if there is one that actually uses it for them selves, it is a win I guess. For those you need to keep going. Every one else deserves to be treated as human beings, their problems are not a reason to not care for them, always hope you can get trough to one and let them help their selves.

The little stoves are great now you can give them hot dogs or mac&cheese to have a hot meal from time to time . Hope you can get the manufacturer's to keep you suplied in these stoves . Now they can cook up a big pot of ham & beans to share on a cold day that keeps you warm inside the longest .

Being homeless is a more than full time job, 24/7, always on the move and always on high alert for safety. So much trauma. Thank you for giving them a moment where they can breathe and feel safe. I hate that there are people with no where to go home to!

Cool. Reminds me of Me and my life partner! Choo Choo! We kept our camp clean too. Then, in Portland, they started taking, finning and jailing us for using the shopping carts. Some of the carts', wheels lock up if you cross over the curb in the parking lot. Anything to make it harder to for people to live. Good job Girls! Just because a person is homeless, doesn't mean you get to leave a big mess. I get that there's no trash can, and they keep tearing down and throwing away their stuff, but, leaving it messy makes it look bad for everyone. Thank You Micheal ❤️ I wish there was someone like you out there, when I was homeless! You are awesome! 👍

Those lil can openers are the P-38 that were issued with military rations, brings back memories. May the Lord God protect you Michael and all those folks presently with no home. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Cute little home. Wish you could have filmed the kitchen. Who is commander Mike? Is he a veteran? Was that a walking trail? Would have been interesting to hear their menu of what they were going to cook to feed 20 people on Thanksgiving? And what you were going to bring them on Thanksgiving? Do any of them go to soup kitchens where they usually serve thanksgiving meals? I know a lot of cities have numerous organizations putting together thanksgiving meals before and on thanksgiving day, so if everyone knows, a lot of times they can get several meals week of, of thanksgiving meals. That would be cool if you put together a flyer with that info so people know where to go, which most do unless they are living remotely from the resources. That’s so funny the dog didn’t like the treats. Maybe they were too generic for his taste. 😊 poor city of Tucson. So many homeless. You just have to park and homeless are everywhere. Sometimes I see people putting together bagged lunches on KZread and then they can’t find homeless. Denver doesn’t appear to have as many homeless as Tucson.

It just goes to show the little things make people's day. And you have a Happy Thanksgiving.

It's Chris ( New York) l haven't seen you in a while and I just got out of the hospital with my cat 🐈 by my side for 2 and a half weeks cause I was pulling my Cart 🛒 up to Starbucks and dropped to the ground to wake up 2 hours later at banner hospital with walking namonia and a serious infection in my toes and feet!!! I just got back 3 days ago and am hanging out around the same area and actually have a tent ⛺ with buddy under the bridge on 1st. Ave. Right after the fitness center!!! I missed you alot and could have REALLY USED YOUR HELP LATELY!!!! LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU SOON HOPEFULLY!!! KEEP ON KEEPING UP WHAT YOUR DOING!!! YOUR AUSOME!!!
