Hello there Derek, would you recommend the use of camera lens protective stickers? I once had FaceID camera of an iPhone 12 fail on me after a successful display replacement, according to the customer it worked as usual about 1 month after and then stopped, showing the "FaceID has been disabled" message, checked the thing out, but nothing fishy, the camera assembly and projector were fine... I still am puzzled to what the reason might have been, because I'm really careful when repairing and in that particular case had no need to tinker with the front camera in the first place, recently discovered the culprit may also be software-wise with Apple servers, neverthless I now made a habit of applying them on every repair I come across, better safe than sorry...thanks for your videos, they really are a Godsend... 🙄
