I would clean the switches/pots with electronic spray cleaner, and look closely at the circuit board for any loose/cold solder joints to start.

Cleaned the switches and pots. I didn't see any bad solder joints, but I will need to take a closer look. One strange thing is now occuring after cleaning is that the radio broadcasts over the PA now. Receives but does not transmit on PA. When in the CB positions it works normal on the channels that are coming in. Thanks for the suggestions!

Looks like you need to put new electrolytic capacitors and service. I have few of these cobras 146 in my radio room great radio.

Check the solder on the pll chip and solder in the crystals 👍

I resoldered a connection on the board by the PLL chip on a connection that didn't look like it was soldered very well, and I swear it might be a little better. When I have some time, I'm going to look it over better. Thanks for the suggestion!

Looks like the pa/cb switch is in the center rather than on one or the other, not sure if that could be the problem.

Good eye, it did look a little off. I just checked the PS position and hooked an external speaker to the PA to see if perhaps it's a bad switch. Switch checked out ok. Thanks for the suggestion!

I wonder if it could be a voltage distribution problem?

@@RidgeHikerAdventures , something I did that I find to be helpful is taking the page of schematics you made over to Staples and having poster sized copies made of them. Then you can use them to trace out the circuits and draw on them with colored pencils. It’ll help you keep the various circuits organized when you’re tracing problems
